JC's Banquet & Convention Centre

JC banquet hall was utterly disappointed. Services are out of place and delayed; let me start with the appetizer. I noticed the food was staying beside the bar and was not being served to the guest. The guest may have to come for the appetizer. I didn't see any servers going around handing over the appetizers. In our program, everything for our schedule was on time; when it came to our main dishes, the food was delayed heating up, and we were supposed to send our guest food, so on our program, we had to improvise, which is not supposed to happen. Lastly, we greatly appreciated that the food looked promising; however, my wife noticed that the desserts that were supposed to be on the table were not served during the dinner, and no one was busting tables. She started to get frustrated and upset and even lost her appetite to eat, which we were supposed to have fun and enjoy our time. There was only action during service once we started complaining, and that's the only time the in-charge manager appeared; we felt neglected because there was another event on the lower level.-Michael & Kathleen

The venue really delivered on our requests! Amazing team to work with, Anil was very responsive and very accommodating to our high demands! lol... on the day of the event, the whole team at JC's Banquet did an amazing job! Our employees loved the food, the decor, the venue, service, AMAZING JOB!!!

We had the pleasure of working with Anil for our wedding reception here at JCS and we have nothing but great experience and care. All our guests enjoyed the meal, service and experience. We will certainly return for other events and celebrations and recommend JCS to everyone.

JC's Banquet hall was the perfect location for our school's grade 8 graduation. Anil was with us every step of the way. From initial planning to the day of. Anil made sure our graduation ceremony was going to be one the kids would remember. He was very kind and accommodating. We had our graduation ceremony, dinner and dance all in the main hall. The families and students enjoyed and created beautiful new memories. Staff were helpful and kind during set up and during dinner. Thank you for an amazing experience. Our event was at a local church. Staff arrived promptly, prepared with little fuss and issues, served our function well with great food and attentive service! Thanks as well to Mabel Rentals for the supply of great chairs and other decor befitting our wedding.

Last night our association hosted our anniversary gala and was highly impressed with our experience! The venue was modern and clean and the food was amazing! Thank you to Hazel and the rest of the team at JC’s for fulfilling all of our requests and going above and beyond for us!

Many venues in the city can offer great food at reasonable prices. JC's Banquet Hall did this and also provided us with incredible service. Staff were helpful, kind and understanding.Thank you JC's Banquet Hall for the most incredible Graduation Ceremony we could have imagined.

Awesome! Wonderful! We had my daughter's 18th birthday at JCs and we can't stop thinking on how much fun everyone had. From the beginning, Anil helped us with options. Jude ensured that we were taken cared of. Hazel, event coordinator, never left us during the event. Mel assisted before and after. Geev our main dinner host was very organized. The Bartender ensured that everyone was served. All our guests are happy - food was great, service was excellent. Thank you so much JCs Team for making our event memorable. Highly recommended!!!!!

Nice venue clean and well maintained the manager was very welcoming. I did a a balloon set up there and my client and their family said they loved the atmosphere.
