2019 and can only submit form requests in person or by fax? 10-15 business days just to process a single piece of paper. The drawn out processes for drivers licensing is a huge waste of tax-payers time. Creating an online access where documents can be requested and accessed would make lots of sense... mail and fax are archaic technologies that should be discontinued. Also the fact that another provincial ministry can not access records of a Canadian resident is incredibly illogical as well. No way to file a complaint except by writing a local MP or Premier is basically a slap in the face.

The service could be slow. Employee might need time to get used to their work. But they basically do not want to help you at all and just choose to be rude. I believe they are not going to change their attitude any time soon, but there could be a lot better candidates when hiring workers in the govt office.

Lady was very dismissive and couldn't even bother to help me with basic questions for a drive test. This makes 0 sense. You're the Ministry of Transportation. You should have information about G1 and G2 even if its not in your lane. Professional with a sprinkle of rudeness.

Brutal amateurish phone call centre. You get transferred all over the place. The people don’t really want to help just transfer you and most times back into their queue. The workers don’t want to identify themselves other than a first name. Ask to speak to a manager and get transferred into the main queue. Spend hours on hold. What a joke. Can’t even get simple questions answered.

Okay gaming place. better than any other place i've been product wise; though, staff are all over the place in procedures. Sometimes you get cool staff members who will let you finish your round when closing and are aware of all the deals and discounts. Other times you'll get super strict staff who will practically take your money: not signing you out on time when you want to leave, or will not offer you daily deals and promotions when buying time.Biggest complaints: staff won't always sell time. why is there even a till, why can't i just by my time online and not have to deal with staff. And not all form of payments accepted. Fix these for 5/5.

Very Rude Staff, not helpful at all lot of errors they do. Especially when you renew fleets, if we identify the problem and address them they show there attitude. Nothing good at all..

I wonder what u guys do when u receive a fax or contact message. Do you just leave it there for one or two weeks? Why are u so lazy and slow? Drinking coffee or chatting with people all the time every day? I mean you are paid to do the work, just do something

These govt. offices are to help people...unfortunately it is a disaster to walk-in in these offices, not deserve even one star. Rude staff, how these people reach to these positions when they even don't have manners to talk to people. IRP personnel on very 1st counter needs to go back to school to learn very first lesson of behavior in public before join to this position back. please set some rules/conditions to get these public dealing positions....they think they are rulers and public comes to these offices are their slaves. Shame on whole management, institution and people responsible to hire these non deserve candidates.this is a public institution learn public relations before apply for these types of jobs.
