I just completed a move of furniture items from a warehouse to storage space with the help of Yellowbird Moving. Alex communicated well, was quick to respond via text and call. They showed up when they said they would, took care of the belongings ensuring what they were picking up was correct and handled it with care.Nick was great to work with. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend yellowbird and will be hiring them again .

This is the worst moving experience I ever had. When I called to arrange for the move, they asked what furniture I have. I listed out what I have and they said that 2 people is good enough. However, they failed the job, they cannot move the reclining sofa and massage chair out of my place. When I called to complain, they said they will investigate but they never got back to me. I ended up have to pay for another moving company to finish the job. With the items that I have and the time that they spent, it's absolutely ridiculous. Not professional at all. I will never recommend them.

These guys showed up on time, helped with disassembling and assembling, they were polite, courteous, helped plan the move down to number of staff in the team to keep the time/cost down and they got it all moved on the timeframe they said, boxes put in the rooms which they were marked for (from my experience that doesn’t always happen!), finished the move by assembling our treadmill. A reliable and pleasant company to deal with.

Nick and Mike b. are great! they moved a piano up a set of twisted stairs with extra precaution after already helping my neighbour with their move! no damage at all, they were super catering and a pleasure to talk to. professional.
