Top notch service . Friendly and knowledgeable. We had a door come off the track and they were able to come out and help us out on the same day. Really got us out of a bind. Steve came and took care of business. Good people. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Our contractor recommended another supplier in the area (apparently, the largest in Eastern Ontario) but when I asked for a quote, they were patronizing, arrogant and non-responsive. This pushed us to discover Upper Level Doors. They were completely the opposite. Their quoting and admin were amazing - efficient, knowledgeable and very quick to respond to questions and emails. They were also very patient with us as we were looking for a very specific type of door which was somewhat unusual. As well, they provided detailed framing schematics for our contractor (something the OTHER company said didn't exist). When their team showed up to install, they were professional, fast and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
