Lighthouse Chiropractic and Integrative Health

My husband and I are both seniors and came in to see if Chiropractic care would help with shoulder pain and back pain. We agreed to a 3 month intensive treatment plan to correct posture and joint issues. It has really made a difference!! Well worth the investment in our health. We are standing straighter, walking better, our balance is improved and our joint pain is vastly improved in a couple of months. We expect to continue to improve with regular exercises and adjustments. Great place, great people, great results.

I moved to Lighthouse from another service provider because I was no longer satisfied with the results. On day 1 Dr Ken completed an assessment and took X-rays. On my 2nd visit he went through the results thoroughly and laid on a treatment plan to straighten out my spine. I was given a daily home routine and weekly adjustment appointments and after 6 weeks I have experienced very good results. I am experiencing very little pain and my posture has improved. The staff at lighthouse are very friendly and the overall atmosphere in the clinic is a positive experience.

The initial assessment process is extremely thorough as X-Rays are taken, and a full detailed analysis is provided. It doesn't feel like a typical Chiropractic office where they perform a quick adjustment and send you on your way, not knowing if you're improving or not. With X-Ray comparisons, exercises, and tools used to restructure (at home activities), you actually feel like you are working towards improving your back. The team at Lighthouse is awesome, and I would recommend it to anyone that they at least come for an assessment. I am excited to see my results!

It has definitely changed my daily comfort. I feel less stress in my body by releasing the pressure spots built up in my body through adjusting, stretching, and using medical equipment at home suggested by staff. It was nice to educate on best spinal positioning and aware of changes I can make. Thank you for offering these services to our community.

This was my first time being at a chiropractic clinic and my initial expectation was to be adjusted/“cracked” and bent sent on my way. At Lighthouse, they have a unique approach to healing and they really try to figure out the root of your problem. They give you a plan towards the goal of your treatment and they guide you throughout the whole process. The staff are the best! they are very kind and welcoming making the place a less daunting environment to be in. I would recommend this place to anyone and I’m very excited to see the results of my recovery :)

Normally my experience with chiropractic care is: crack, crack, out ya go. But lighthouse has an unbelievable approach to healing. By taking x-rays, and pin pointing where you need specific care; it truly has changed my life. I highly recommend Dr Ken. His passion and his life history directly influences his approach to his practice. He takes his time, and walks you through everything in a way you can understand. I love how my adjustments are personalized to me. Also huge shout out to the girls at the front! You guys are always cheerful, organized, and send me all the reminders. Can’t say enough about the staff.

I joined Lighthouse as part of a study and with more than two years of lower back pain. Three months later, I experience less pain to my back, my posture is better and I find myself being more engaged in activities that I enjoy doing. The overall experience was amazing, the staff and community at Lighthouse is super friendly and very understanding. Everyone in this office is incredibly friendly, knowledgable and easy to talk to! They have a real passion for what they do and that makes all the difference in how they approach your care. Our crew all found it very interesting and helpful to know the adjustments we can make ourselves when working a desk job all day and how it affects our long term health. Dr. J and the Lighthouse Chiropractic team make you feel very comfortable and welcome as soon as you step in the door. I have seen a number of wonderful chiropractors to try to relieve my pain and have done acupuncture as well. Some have provided temporary relief but not for long. Having xrays and photos taken really help to see the problem areas. The follow up treatments and exercises are tailored to each person’s individual situation. Dr. J is very good at explaining his approach and I feel that I have found a long term solution to my pain and back issues. The program is set so that I can’t really cancel last minute without a very good reason and it helps me to be accountable for my recovery and treatment. I am excited to see my positive results and now have my daughter visiting Dr. J and his team as well. Highly recommend giving Lighthouse Chiropractic a visit for an evaluation. We felt no pressure to start treatment but are so happy we did!
