My husband and I had a great experience today when we went to purchase our Bowflex Bike. Roman was the guy who helped us out. He was amazing. They also had such a good selection of equipment to choose from.

Purchased Bowflex BXT22 treadmill for $3,300 and after a couple years (barely used) the electronics stopped working. The treadmill screen went blank and belt literally stopped mid run. Warranty for electronics is only 1 year and there’s obviously a reason for that. Part to replace it was going to cost $2,400!!! What a waste of money and huge disappointment. I wanted a heavy duty treadmill so it would last for a long time. I wouldn’t waste your money buying a treadmill from Flaman. Customer service couldn’t help. They offered a discount but still extremely expensive to replace the part. You’ll regret buying fitness equipment from here.

I've dealt with a few Flaman Trailer rental locations and this place is by far my new favorite! Typically, I just get handed a trailer and sent on my way, sometimes having to help myself. Here though, I was immediately greeted by an amazing reception, sent exactly where I needed to go, and supported through the entire process. They helped me hook up, did a thorough walkthrough and even worked with me to test the emergency brake! The unit was spotless, in great shape, and easy to get at. Upon returning, they ensured I was supported 100%! I WILL rent from these guys again! This is what service is!

Called Flaman at 8910 yellowhead trail. I got through to them right away and booked a trailer for rent. They set me up with a pick up time that worked for me. When I arrived Chris greeted me at the counter with the friendliest of greetings, took me outside to see if the trailer that was set up for me would work. He then brought the trailer out and connected it up and ran me through the paperwork. I used the trailer and was able to bring it back on a Sunday. The fellow inside the store was friendly once again. He took all information to pass onto the rentals department. I highly recommend Flaman for rentals, and definately will be using them for a trailer in the future.

Had a trailer rental set up. Arrived first thing in the morning. The children behind the counter were behaving strangely and giggling and said they couldn't accept my card and as I was pulling out another card, one of them sees the US dollar bills in my clip and blurts out we can't accept that either". The other employee tries to tell him to stop and we both look at him with disbelief and I ask him to calm down because that money isn't for them. Sensing further problems from these two kids (who seem to only be useful to keep the stools warm)
