Marvin and team did an amazing job on my Mercedes. New tires, alignment but before that, they had to extract a seized up/overtorqued lock lugnut that Benz didn't want to do. Highly recommended. Will go again for tires for our daily car.

Been going to these guys for a few years and its great service and a friendly staff. I don't know very much about cars so the guys take the time to bring me into the back to explain and show me on my car exactly what needs fixing and why. They're always on time and they help me understand what parts need immediate repairs and what can wait, since I'm a broke youngin. Their online car reports are super useful too. Five stars

I'm so very impressed with Marvin & Ryan's customer service!! I own a small fleet of vehicles and have consistently running into issues with our previous mechanic shop we have used for over a decade. lack of communication, issues with repairs having to be returned and addressed again, inflated rates ( that have been comparatively quoted and lack of priority) I stopped in on a Friday am to discuss my situation and current distressing issues with vehicles and they not only made it clear they they want my business, they would address all my concerns, ie lack of communication etc. They prioritized my NEW potential business to do their best to make sure I could have vehicles ready to roll the next day. They did just that!! I was ready to roll with 2 vehicles looked at immediately with solutions, that may have been interim but at the very least, keep my business rolling. I am looking forward to a mutually respectable relationship!!

The guys/they/them at active really helped me out on a great set of tires for a good price. I went all around town to different shops and they happened to have the best price, and nice fast installation on a thic set of tires. They were a rare size, so they cost an arm and a leg, but they rubbed me up the right way and i bought em. Very nice people, would recommend to anyone in the area. Thanks so much

I have always used Active Green and Ross for servicing my car, as they have always been fair, helpful and reliable. Since moving to Welland, I was so happy to find one about a 30 min walk from my home. They are kind, have great customer service, and the work on my car has always completed in a timely manner. They di not offer anything that isn't needed (which I find dealerships do), and I trust their recommendations.They even allow dogs to come inside, while dropping off or paying. I bring my dog each time I go, so I can have a walking partner on the walk home.Highly recommend then for all your car needs!

I had a horrible experience with my car at this shop. The man at the counter was extremely unprofessional, and rude. Brought my car in multiple times just for them to guess what the problem is rather than actually explore the problem. Spent thousands for the “repairs”. They never fixed my car properly and it always left the lot with more issues than when it went in. Told me it was a transmission issue last time I brought my car in. Went to a transmission shop and they were able to solve the issue in a matter of 2 hours after dropping my vehicle off and only cost me $400 for a wheel bearing compared to the thousands spent here. I will never be using Active Green and Ross, nor will my family ever again. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere. Save your money and time. As you see below in their response, they gaslight you to believe they didn’t mess up anything and that your vehicle just has a lot of problems.
