I have never before had a bad experience with ticketmaster. Unfortunately, we booked tickets from Toronto to see a Carrie Underwood concert in Las Vegas. We booked our trip to Las Vegas around the concert. The only tickets available were verified resale tickets. They were more money but we were fine with that. We booked the tickets in March and the concert was not until the end of June. We paid for the tickets and did not get them until 2 days before the concert. I tried calling Ticketmaster to get the tickets sent earlier in case we had any issues. To No avail they said they would be available by the date of the concert. Unfortunately I had issues with the AXS app that I was to get my tickets through. We spent so much time on our holidays trying to figure it out. This is not what we wanted to do while we were on vacation. We figured we lost our money and would not be able to see the concert. If it wasn't for Resorts World contacting us directly, we would not have seen the concert. Resorts World, where the concert was held, were amazing helping us out. Just a warning that these resale tickets may not come until the date of your concert. Please be aware.

Trash company that gets to run a Monopoly. They have no real competition and we all get screwed as a result. I hate dealing with this company, but no other choice. This is a failure on the part of our politicians. I would give them Zero stars if possible.

worst customer service I ever experienced,never connected or answered the phones,when you chat with them they answer you after 12 hours,I can't believe I chat with them for 3 days and they replied to me 3 times, and it's not an agent, it's Robat,if you can buy a ticket from somewhere else, please doThe only way to buy a ticket for the top floor of the Enrique Iglesias

Giving one star to ensure the low rating is registered. Would prefer to give zero. Bought tickets through their site and was unable to access them. Had to jump through hoops over several days in order to get them retransferred. Singularly the worst possible way to buy tickets.Not to mention that getting a refund from them is virtually impossible even if their system has an error. This is why you break up monopolies, they simply have no incentive to improve and compete.If I ever am on Ticketmaster property I will be sure to spit on it.

Bought wheelchair access tickets by mistake. Asked to change and they charged all kinds of fees to make the change when it was an honest mistake. Basically exchanged for lower price tickets but paid more because of all kinds of hidden fees that they claim had to be charged. Absolutely a joke and made no common sense.

Would give zero stars to this scam organization if I could. Designed their search results in a way that shows the highest resale ticket only, so purchased it thinking it was the only option only to then see a ticket half the price go on a sale a minute after purchasing that wasn't even shown as an option when I was looking.

Zero stars if possible. Worst customer service ever. Could not purchase tickets because my credit card was attached to my land line not cell phone and so I could not receive the notification code. Ticketmaster told me I had to call mastercard to get it sorted out- amazingly, they could not complete the order over phone. Had to wait 30 min just to talk to master card. In all it took me over 1 hour to arches tickets.I also tried getting a refund for tickets I accidentally bought x 2- I called them, and 'no refunds' I was told. Instead i had to go on their app and resell the tickets. Fo the life of me, why wouldn't the customer agent on the phone do this? So after going on the app, yes, you guessed it, no refund was possible. So I called them again and asked where I could submit a complaint- followed instructions and got left with some automated system that doesnt process complaints. The most useless people ever. They dont care, I have no idea why they even have a phone line, they dont raise a finger to do anything.

If I could rate half a star I would. They adequately deliver the products, usually. Yet, afterward provide the WORST customer support, with email scripted replies. Not real people. They advise a person to resell their tickets, yet there is a minimum amount to sell for so you can't even sell them for the price you paid, or less. They charge a fee when you buy, sell, and to the next buyer, - three fees. So a computer can do all the work. Criminal. Too bad enertainers don't just charge at the door so the real fans can attend without going into debt. Makes me sick. How can they charge MORE for a seat in the same section the artisit has VIP packages?? Look at other ticketmasters in the world. Nowhere near as GREEDY or corrupt.

The most ridiculous (and terrible) experience I have ever had. Customer service is non-existent. Even if you get a chat response, they don't actually read the question and post a general reply. The only way I solved the problem was that I stated that I will call the bank and cancel a credit card transaction and asked for a manager.
