EDIT: I went back in this week and there was mice! Crawling around the floor in the middle of the day.I went here this week and found a piece of plastic in my food, I called the store to inform them and they told me I could have my order remade when I come back in.When I came back, the employees gaslighted me saying that it was 'impossible' for there to be plastic wrapping in my box. They thought I was lying about it and just trying to get a free meal.

Fantastic flavour but skip the very over-priced frozen spring rolls.More off a takeaway place because the kitchen area air exchange is distractingly loud. Don’t know how staff work under that constant droning.

Tasty as always, but this time the Pad Thai was quite dry, not enough sauce. The other dish was the Cambodian Jungle Curry with tofu and rice noodles. Way less noodles than the Pad Thai but yummy sauce and veggies.

My favourite Noodlebox location since they opened. I love their food, quality of food is good but I think it was better before. They used to have a variety of hot sources before but it’s gone. Spicy peanut Noodlesbox with egg and chicken is my favourite dish.

Last Friday I went to this restaurant with some friends and it was such a nice experience. I had heard good opinions about drunken noodle and after trying I can say that they were right! Good price for this food. Highly recommended, I’ll be back soon!

Very unhappy with my experience here. I've had several meals at Noodlebox, and this was my first time at the Kits location. When I ordered Thai Style noodle, the dish came super super salty. This is not the first time I've had Thai Style noodle so I was quite surprised it came super salty. I asked if I can get another one, which took some time to explain and then another half hour for the food to arrive, and the guy gave me Spicy peanut sauce instead, saying that this one would be less salty. But I didn't want peanut sauce. At this point (an hour past since I enter the restaurant), I almost didn't care anymore and didn't want to waste any food so I thought I'll just eat it. Then the owner/manager came and said they'll get it fixed and get me the one I originally wanted just less salty. So I waited for another 15min or so. Then, it came. Sure enough it's less salty - so much less that there's no salt at all. It was just a super super bland bowl of noodles. I got so upset but didn't want to waste another bowl and didn't want to go through another 10min to explain - so I just packed it to go and decided to just add soy sauce myself later. It really ruined my night. I would say though that the lady at the cashier was very nice.

literally the most bland meal ive had in my whole life. even with xtra spicy and xtra sauce it has zero flavour. my meal is just a bowl of rice noodles with 3 beef pieces.

4.5. This is a great spot for lunch and truly an elevated fast food experience. The options for noodle and sauce types was extensive and it was made quickly. You can choose your spice level and they use real chili. I appreciate that the utensils were biodegradable and that there was a dine-in option. Also - they use fresh herbs on top which was awesome! I opted for the pad Thai but will be back to try other things!

expensive but good taste. ambiance wise looks really nice but it's kind of silent where you can hear people's conversations. not sure if they fixed with background music. it would be nice to get some form of privacy from the people around me.will come back here if there's not a lot of people.
