St. John's Hop On Hop Off
I’m SO ANGRY that I was waiting for the bus at Newman wine vault for TWO HOURS from 11:50 to 2:40 but it DID NOT COME. We are so tired and freezing so that have to take the taxi for $50! I’m shocked and we talked to the lady selling the ticket in front of Alt Hotel and she WAS NOT HELPING at all and trying to say we are LYING. SO RUDE. They should really issue us a refund for this. Will never come back for this.

Enjoyed the experience. Driver's were great. Just need more buses running. Fleet of only 2 at the time of our visit and 1 broke down during a tour. Great value for 2 days but missed out on the second day because of the bus shortage and a broken down bus.

It was a great way to see around St. John's, especially for $45 for seniors for 2 days. The driver we had both days dropped us off ay our B&B on Jelly Bean row.

St. John's Hop On Hop Off
I’m writing this as I wait in a line off my cruise ship. I’ve been waiting for an hour and I’m still not on a bus. There are 3 cruise ships in port and only 7 buses I’m told. They need to sell fewer tickets. If it wasn’t pouring rain outside, I would be walking.

Usually LOVE Hop On Hop Off buses. Today, we showed up at the Alt for a tour at 3:00 (last bus advertised as 3:30) and were told that the last bus just left! The explanation was that with a cruise ship in port they closed early?! Wouldn’t that be the other way around? Our ship was in port until 7:30, so plenty of time for a tour. Very disappointing because Saint John’s looks to be a lovely town.

Enjoyed this tour I think being able to do the 2 days is great. I got off at Cape Spear saw some whales had a lovely bite to eat and a great cup of coffee at the new cafe highly recommend it

St. John's Hop On Hop Off
We are a group of 4 who purchased the 2 day hop on hop off pass since previous experiences with them in other cities were excellent. Unfortunately the St John’s experience was terrible. The driver did not explain anything and even when asked questions, he didn’t have answers. We called twice to discuss our complaint but got an answering machine. We left 2 messages but never received the courtesy of a return call. We would definitely not recommend this tour! Pick up their pamphlet and drive the route yourself, it’s very simple!

Great way to enjoy the attractions in St. John's. The ride is good for 2 days and its worth it esoecially with proper time management and good weather. The drivers are friendly and entertaining as well.
