Didn’t even have the decency to contact me to say that there was information missing. Went onto website chat today and they said that I should have been contacted but no one did. Just automatically reject, which lady I spoke to in chat said that wasn’t right to do. If they don’t have the decent to contact their potential clients, I won’t have the decency to trust them

Even after you pay your loan they still report to the credit agency for years. So basically it'll ruin your credit using them. You have been warned
