I had dealt with Hardeep(Sales) and Mitchel(Finance manager) and they both were amazing to work with. As it was my first they helped me a lot in getting approved and giving me the necessary information about the vehicle that i was wishing to buy. I have best experience with them. They went over the every necessary details.Great staff, easy to deal with. Definitely made my first experience buying a car from a dealership one I won't forget! Absolutely LOVE my new Jetta.

Service team was excellent. They were prompt and thorough. I loved the video they sent of my car. Price was exactly as I expected. Alexandra was an amazing service advisor. I’m extremely pleased with my overall experience.

Bought a Jeep grand Cherokee from here a couple weeks ago and it was the worst experience I’ve had buying a car. The sales man Hector was great and able to answer most of my questions about the car. The finance manager was a pain to deal with. He was pushy about the extra warranty, it took me multiple times saying I wasn’t interested for him to give it up. He lied about the extended warranty the car had, saying I had to pay a fee to have it transferred to my name and that it doesn’t come with the car. I’ve also never had a finance guy leave the room as many times as he did and for as long as he did. I was also told I’d be getting premium detailing and polish which none of that happened. I came to pick up the car 5 days later and the car wasn’t done being detailed. When I finally got the car it was nothing near a premium detail or polish. They handed me a dirty car inside and out, and they had no explanation for it. I was offered to come back and book in for a polish when it should’ve already been done. I don’t live in Sherwood park so unfortunately I didn’t have time to drive back there and leave my car for a day. Wouldn’t recommend buying a car from here, not impressed at all with how they operate.

Extremely helpful and professional staff. Graham and Juwon did a great job getting us set up in our new VW.Geoff, in parts was very friendly and helpful in getting us a second set of rims.Jean, in finance, was super helpful in getting finance, warranty, and insurance setup .An incomplete PDI was the only glitch in allowing us to drive off in our new car that day. But they provided us with a very comfortable loaner until ours is ready.I would definitely recommend Sherwood Park VW to anyone

Incredible staff & smooth quick process while purchasing my vehicle. From my first initial inquiry on a car, I received all the information, additional photos and offer of a video walk around of car as I wanted to purchase remotely.Larkin was my sales contact and I respected the easy flow of communication, there was no sales pitch just offered the info I requested, no sales" pressure that I have had in previous car deals so it was much respected and gave me complete ease in the buying process.Sandra and Mitchell in finance were available promptly for all questions and when one was away the other stepped in so there was no "sorry they are away today" wait times.It's been several years since I purchased a vehicle and I 100% recommend Larkin and Staff"

After having a couple of bad experiences with dealerships in the past we decided to go to Sherwood Park Volkswagen, based on the positive reviews.... Peter (sales) took all the time in the world to explain our options. No rush and absolutely not the standard aggressive sales man. After we made up our mind and decided to lease the Tiguan it was time to move on to the finance department. Jean (finance) is awesome. She also took all the time in the world and answered all our questions. She wrote done everything we had to take care of before we could pick up the car the next day, that made our life way easier. It was smooth sailing from the moment we entered the building until we drove away in our new Tiguan. Thank you Peter and Jean, you restored our faith in dealerships!!!

Hector was a joy to deal with on our recent purchase of a used vehicle. He was very knowledgeable of the vehicles specs and history. He lined us up with all the correct paperwork and did not waste any of our time with impertinent information! All of the other sales and support staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

Always a pleasant experience at the dealership. Brianne in service always goes above and beyond! I don't even own a Volkswagen anymore but continue to bring my vehicle for service there! 10/10 would recommend this place to my friends and family. The Service Manager is pretty cool too! Keep up the good work guys.

Had an oil change done at this location. Customer representative Teri Anderson demonstrated what’s called professional service. She possesses a strong customer oriented attitude and assists with checking and ensures all maintenance related problems are taken care of. Very impressive
