Clean, welcoming place. I took a Pilates Mat class. Challenging and good pace. Seems like they have a nice range of classes. I like slower, calmer classes but they also have the more high intensity and fun energy classes.

Fit Life is truly a one-of-a-kind fitness center and community! I am incredibly grateful to have been a member over the past few years. The facilities, equipment, and instructors are top notch, and the variety of classes included in one membership is an unbeatable value. The Fit Life staff genuinely care about the overall health and well-being of their clients. They go above and beyond to help you achieve your wellness goals and set new ones. I always leave feeling happier and stronger than when I walked in :)

Just attended my first FitLife cycle class at the Winchester location. I LOVED it and I do not like cycling in general. The instructor Jeanine was excellent, explained things and there is an integrated tech system that allows you to watch your input/performance on a large screen as you cycle, which is customized to each client's goals/ability. Kept me focused. It was hard but I loved it. I love FitLife also for its cleanliness, friendly staff and ease of sign up! I also really loved a Reformer class there, and the yoga offerings are great!

I really enjoyed the spinning class I took with Nancy. She's a supportive, encouraging, fun instructor. She took time after to talk to me about the class and technology associated with it.

Updated 3/11/2020: I absolutely love the community at Fitlife. Yoga, cycling, Pulse X classes are my fav. Definitely recommendGreat place to work out. Good location with parking. Always clean and everyone who teaches or works there is a sweetheart. They know their stuff and will help you reach your goals.

I have been coming here for 2 months and it has been an absolute pleasure!! I love how friendly everyone is at FitLife and the instructors are so well trained! I have tried so many classes and I enjoy them so much that I look forward to attending them every single day! I have fallen in love with working out again thanks to Fit life. I also find the prices to be very reasonable and affordable.Amazing facilities! Amazing people!
