It was a great Hatha session ran by Alexa, very fun first time at yoga. I felt very comfortable and it was a great eye opener. I will for sure be back!

I have never had a bad experience at a yoga studio until attending Mel Iterson's class. Worst yoga teacher ever. We laid there for over half the class doing nothing. She was often on her phone , replying to texts or something. Waste of money. Do not recommend.

The class was great, but what really reflected the integrity and sincerity of Kamloops Hot Yoga was the genuine interest the staff showed in my well being from the time I got there to when I left. They remembered my name when I came out and were genuinely concerned with my experience. I really appreciated that I wasn't just a potential member." They made me feel welcome and comfortable."

The Hot Hatha Class at the Sahali studio was beautiful, boss lady instructor was lovely and calming and gave perfect options/variations, and my daughter was on the mat next to me. It made the whole day beautiful. Thank you Amanda!

I have so thoroughly enjoyed the space and classes by the knowledgeable and phenomenal staff. I have taken classes with Samantha, Alexa, and Amanda, and enjoyed them immensely! I also feel safe with their covid policy and how diligent they are to check vaccine passports and ask for hand sanitization. I am looking forward to going back when restrictions allow!

Great studio with fantastic teachers!Everyone at this studio is so friendly and welcoming. I never felt like just another person coming into the studio. Someone always made a point of connecting before or after practice. The amenities are very clean and nice, too. Overall I was really impressed with this studio and my experience as a whole. I'll definitely be back every time I'm in Kamloops! 10/10 recommend for a hot yoga studio!

Always room for improvement, but the teachers were friendly. I've had cold cloths with lavender or eucalyptus or lemongrass in other studios which was nice. Intro unlimited month price is reasonable. Online booking was easy and the schedule offers early morning as well as evening classes. I like the yoga pose posters on the walls. Looking forward to returning!
