Really helpful and always have what I need. Have been working with them for a while for all our office needs from servers to desktops and even resold some hardware for our clients. Highly recommended.

Got my server and my laptop serviced there. They upgraded my ram and hdd for the server and also gave me some good advice about maintenance. About my macbook, they replaced the screen in just one day (24 hours from drop-off) and it was cheap!Also, they have a good selection of notebooks and desktops at cheap prices!!Certainly I'm gonna return to this guys for any hardware issues!

I had a new (5mon) laptop that now needs to go in for warranty repair. I talk to staples and they say they can for $80 retrieve the files but they will have to charge me for the drive to put it on. Also the turnaround is a couple weeks.I was super stressed as I had files I needed the day of the crash. So I was taking a recommendation and tried these guys.Thanks William, the relief I had when you booted up my drive and started transferring files was huge.The cost was lower than Staples was charging and the turn around time was less than a couple hours, he even stayed late for me.I love when small businesses get it right. Thanks to this shop I can continue (albeit on a slower machine) until my computer is fixed under warranty. If it wasn't under warranty this is my new spot.I really liked the 0 pressure and good advice. Thanks William, you gained a loyal customer.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. They have TERRIBLE customer service, very poor communication skills and zero experience. I have made the mistake to give this place a chance.The power jack on my laptop was loose; it will not hold charge unless pressure is applied on the adapter. My adapter works fine, and so does my laptop itself besides that power jack.Basically, we were told that it would be fixed in THREE DAYS, but instead they took OVER THREE WEEKS and was still not fixed. They do not call you if they have missed their promised “completed” dates. You will have to keep calling them for updates and even then, all you get is more excuses, “ the technician is still working on your laptop”.I got fed up and demanded to get my laptop back (No, they did not fix my laptop in-store, they sent it out to their warehouse to have it fixed which I was not aware of at first). To show you what I had to deal with. I can no longer charge my laptop and it will not turn on anymore. I hear a loose screw in my laptop; they told me that it’s normal. They misplaced my laptop’s charger, and offered me a different one that was 15V and said it was the same thing as mine. I refused and was furious with their unorganized setting. They eventually found my charger, but asked if it was the correct one. I told them that they should know! That is when they checked and said yes, this is the 19V for my Asus AND most laptops charger are uses 19V except for the 15V Toshiba( which was the one offered to me and claimed to be the same).They did offer to fix my laptop if I agree to pay for what they are asking. Apparently it would take another week, but they can’t promise you that.This place is a huge disappointment. Please save yourself the hassle and don’t ever come here! There were more BS, but I am trying to keep it short.Don’t bother with the manager, Gail Shipclark, ITS USELESS. We have asked to speak with her. We were told & shown that a text message was sent to her mobile, and that she will contact us ASAP, even if she was away. It has been OVER a week since that text was sent, and still we did not hear from her.The least I could do is write this review and make sure that everyone I know,should be aware of this place.1 star only because I had to in order to post this review.

Great place! The guy was willing to trade my item with one of his because I wanted to have two identical items of the one I were getting. As a matter of fact, he suggested the trade. He was also will to wait until I got there, because I was running against closing hours.

Had to recycle an old laptop + desktop - along with seeing what my options were with my 10-year laptop. William got me a great deal on a refurbished desktop that I'm using. He threw in some upgrades at no cost and the machine is amazing. He even threw in a free keyboard for no reason. AWESOME SERVICE. Hardware is a commodity but good service is hard to find. Highly recommend this place!

i send email to all the email in the website & i got no anwser.my first ordre i buy 4 server & 2 was not working.my second ordre i buy 12 server & almost 4 week later i call the compagny for have the traking & they anwser me than they dont have the server & refund me. it was not funny & i lose a lot of money because i got only a fee server in my store to sell for 1 month.sorry for my english it is not my primary language
