SCAMMERS!!!! BEWARE!!! DON’T GET SCREWED!!!!!If I could give 0 stars I would. These people are so dishonest! They wouldn’t tell us how much the car would cost in impound, because “it depends on the car”. When we finally picked it up, the cost was $1200 plus taxes! WTH!! When we asked how much per day, they said, “$100”. Then please tell me how it came up to $1200 for 7 days ? And then if you wanted a receipt u would have to pay taxes ($1356) ? For a piece of paper for proof of payment ???? THEY NEVER MENTIONED ANY OF THAT ON THE PHONE !So, apparently, there’s a $300 hookup fee and a &100 administration fee!! Give me a effing break!! NONE of this was disclosed at ANY time during ANY conversation!! On top of being rude and condescending!!When my brother finally got his car back home, his gear shift was not going back into reverse or drive. We called to LET THEM KNOW that his car was fine up until they towed it and it was in THEIR impound ! He had the audacity to give my mother attitude on the phone and they REFUSED to take ANY responsibility for what they did to my brother’s car. They said “Talk to a mechanic.” Uhmmmm..... was there not a mechanic on your impound !? They scam you for your money, they give you attitude and BLAME YOU, and they don’t want to take responsibility for damaging my brother’s car !? This place should be shut down for all the scamming they do!!!!’
