Very polite , nice and welcoming staff.I registered my mom and toured before sending her. Very cleaned and secured place. I also surprised of their programs. Love it. I know my mom will love the place as well.

The staff work very hard to take care of residents. They are kind and the administrative staff are easy to reach and diligent in their responsibilities.

The staff are very careless about the patients including my mother. The office staff are not communicating with each other properly and this causes that they lose patients important documents and they delay patients affairs a lot. They are aggressive with patients and they do not care about the well being of the patients. I strongly suggest to not to take your loved ones to Cheltenham at all.

I moved my mother into this Nursing Home just this past week and I was hesitant based on the comments but Samantha who handles the admission process is very very nice and ever so kind and made the adjustment so seemless. My mother made new friends and the staff are very good to her. Thank God we still have caring people in this world. It's not an easy job to care for the elderly but hats off to the staff.Update on Feb 2It's been close to 3 month now and overall I'm pleased with the service being given to my mother. God bless Cheltenham.

I have seen this staff work really hard to meet the needs of thier residents. As I hear. A. Floor. Experiance sundowning. Within. Minutes. The staff had. The residents calm. I am an outside agency. Psw. Working. With one of thier residents. Amazing. Job. Hardworking. Staff. Hats off to them. On the busy floors
