I never write reviews but when it comes to the quality of service Vishal provides I had to, he is the best in the business! I have been going to Vishal at Tokyo Auto for almost a year now for all/ any of my car troubles (and I have a lot lol) and he is always quick to get me an appointment, offers the best rates and gives me detailed and honest informations about what is going on under the hood. Truly the best and most honest mechanic I've ever used. The owner spent a ton of time with me helping explain the pros and cons of a used car I was having inspected. He went above and beyond, and had now been my reliable mechanic across two vehicles for 5 years. He's very clear to explain what is needed and why, and also to explain to non-experts what repairs are urgent v. necessary v. optional. Great price, too. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Unfortunately I didn't have the 5 star experience. They charged me $90 to scan codes and $30 to plug in a loose cable. I was expecting honest and reasonable service.

Vishal is the best and most honest mechanic I’ve ever dealt with. This shop is a gem. I’ve taken all my vehicles over the last 4 years to him and have always received sound assessments, quality work, and fair pricing. I do not hesitate in recommend Tokyo Automotive to anyone.

Absolutely Rip off! Charged me $90 for scanning and $150 an hour for a simple work to change the stop sign light! Unbelievable how they are milking people. I would never go to this place ever again! Please and please to whoever goes there make sure you don’t get ripped off! How can even sleep at night when u charge people like this! So ruthless
