Optimum Yard Care

We had Cory's crew over to do a fall cleanup and aeration... They did a great job at a reasonable price and even promptly came back to deal with something they missed. Additionally Cory is a great person to deal with! We will be looking them up again in the spring and potentially converting some of our other services over to his company! Thank you!

This was our first experience with optimum yard care. The two gentleman that came out Were courteous and professional. They did a complete job including a proper dethatching Of our yard. Importantly for me, the over seeding was done right and to the whole yard. They certainly didn’t rush through the effort.I definitely will get them back for other work including fall cleanup.

I decided to try out this company as an alternative to the big name lawn care companies. They did a great job! Showed up at the time they said, and were very caring in the way they sprayed. They didn't miss a single corner of my yard. A few days later the weeds had all died and now my lawn is weed free with no exceptions.

They are very caring and attentive with my request- little things like- I requested them to call or inform me when they arrive to do the weed control and fertilizing (and they do!) Thanks guys! Contacted Optimum Yard care after seeing an AD on Facebook. They are very professional, responsive and provided on-time services at my property. Also the quote they gave me was very reasonable and I requested to send pics after doing weed control spray which they did. I would definitely recommend their services to others and also looking forward to hire them again next year for lawn care services.

The Optimum team did a fantastic job of turning my rental property lawn from dog urine burned, uneven sod and poor growing grass into lush green grass after their services. Had aeration, over seeding, fertilizer and weed control and the change was noticed within the 2 weeks before my new tenants moved in.

I had the boys come out earlier in the year to spray my acreage. Very professional young men came out and did a great job. Noticed a difference within a few weeks. Later in the year, had a second spray done. This time not a single change. Still had flowers (Daisies) grown out of my grass, thistle didn't wilt, no effect on the lawn. I was advised to do three sprays the first year and two every year after, but not sure if I'll continue with this. I have a pretty big yard so understandably the cost is up there. Not to enthused with spending the money with no results. I did contact Cory a few weeks ago to let him now that there was no results to see why but have not heard back. I'll probably wait till next year to decide whether I'll try it again.Update: Cory just called and apologized as he has been pretty busy. He is sending a crew out to do a respray. They definitely strive for 100% customer satisfaction! Two thumbs up!

Optimum Yard Care built a retaining wall for us. It was well done and at a good price. The team worked hard and got the wall done far faster than I expected. I would certainly use these guys again after seeing their commitment to the project, to quality and to the customer.

Cory and his team at Optimum provided a decorative rock replenishment for my property. His effort to find a rock match was appreciated that with out I would have been stuck. His advice on the right mix was spot on which led to Optimum getting the job. For which, they did outstanding work, paying attention to detail from load placement, hauling and spreading. They even put back our flower pots to their original spots and ensured that the condition of the grass was maintained. Couldn't expect anything more. I would use Optimum again in a heart beat!
