We are not happy with the service from the Genrep team to repair our Generator. Firstly i was impressed with the first response to check our generator and show up and make a first inspection. But from there on it was very unprofessional and no follow up how to repair the unit for 2 weeks. The first time they get back to me was when i told i still own them $181.10 for the first visit. On my question what is the next step to repair the unit i was told the head mechanic is studying my case.Long story short i was sending my generator to Pratt Diesel in Carp and i am very happy how he was fixing my problem thank you
