Dogcity Dog Daycare

My partner and I have been using Dogcity for a few years now because of the very caring staff and the outstanding service they provide. I love that they frequently show the dogs on Instagram (always fun to see Mama in the middle of the workday!). It’s an extremely well-run facility that I’d recommend to anyone.

the employees are so kind, my dog runs into here everytime. she's a small dog (shihtzu) so they're very big and small dog friendly!

Lot to say. Definitely a place I would not trust with my dog. Business owners live in Costa Rica. In case of emergencies, no one takes attentive responsibility. Does not take good care of dogs- many employees are not trained to take care of dogs.

We've been sending our hound mix Herman to Dogcity daycare for almost 2 years, and we use their home boarding services frequently. We have been very happy with all aspects of the business. Herman loves daycare, his doggie friends, and all of the staff. He loves going to daycare. We get updates on Herman from time to time and love seeing pictures of him on their facebook and instagram page. It is a friendly and low stress daycare, as we tried out a few other places before settling on Dogcity. As for their home boarding services, we have been very happy with the care Herman receives at our own home. Nicola walks him a ton, and she does a great job with his nervous tendencies, and his very nervous dog parents. Herman is happy, and so are we.

Such a lovely place with amazing staff . My poodle was barking nonstop for hours. Not sure why, he is a knew client. But the staff have been so sweet and patient and kind. Definitely recommend, hoping my pup settles in quickly so I can leave him more often.

My husband and I have 2 dogs (a german shepherd and a lab/collie). DogCity services is an incredible company who accepts large breed dogs (which not all dog daycares in Vancouver do). They walk the dogs, feed them in a separate area if you send them with a meal, and (in the case of our hyper and young lab/collie) will exhaust them on a dog-safe treadmill as necessary, under supervision of course! We often get an email update of how our dogs are doing and I feel I have learnt far more about our dogs and how they behave/interact than I do at home or in off leash parks. It's cool to hear how they are without their owner" present. Our dogs love the opportunity to socialize with their friends when it's raining and the outdoors are simply not an option.They love it SO much that upon hearing the words DogCity

Very nice place!They have lots of space for the dogs to play. There's three, big rooms.One note: it could be better escape-proofed for escape artist dogs -- though my little rascal is *really* hard to contain ;)The staff are really friendly towards customers and pooches. You can tell they really love the dogs and are very patient with them.

Our beagle mix, Aurora, loves socializing with her doggy friends at Dogcity. She is always so excited to go to daycare in the morning, and it's wonderful having a tired, relaxed dog in the evening. The staff who work here are very friendly and helpful, and it's obvious Aurora loves them too.

The staff is very caring and loving towards all the puppies at the daycare. The staff posts pictures throughout the day on Instagram so you can see how your puppy is doing while at the daycare. Our dog has been going to Dogcity for about 3 years now and I recommend the daycare to everyone.

My husband and I are so happy to have found DogCity! We were blown away at how supportive and mindful the staff was of Misha on his first visit- they helped him ease into meeting the new dogs at his own pace (he’s going through a second fear period so he gets spooked easily). Kudos to Jill, Rachel and the DogCity team for fostering a friendly, trustworthy and low-stress environment- it’s exactly what we are looking for. Misha came home happy and nappy all great signs of a good day. He can’t wait to see his new doggy friends and human friends very soon!
