Great place to train and learn at your own pace. Trainers mix it up all the time, keeps things interesting from day-to-day, week-to-week. It's a real treat and the group participating is very nice as well.

This gym is permanently closed. There are countless stories of business closing down due to pandemic interruptions. However, the action of the owner is rather malicious and I would consider this a scam. Many people paid for season passes or private classes in the thousands before the first shutdown.The owner stopped paying rent to the landlord the moment the first shutdown arrive. He consulted with other businesses in the plaza regarding CECRA subsidy and discovered the GYM was not eligible (because all employees" were paid in cash and under the table).
