To the family that felt the service was 'racist'. Get a grip, maybe tip once in a while and don't complain about every meal you order. People that complain like you deserve to be called out.Then you get your family and friends to complain? Bunch of losers.We are in Chucks a few days a week and we have no issues with the staff or the owners.The owners are not racist and the staff are not either.Some people will never be satisfied unless they are getting everything for free. I hope the media releases your name so we know who you clowns are.Good luck cheap a$$es.

Good food for a very reasonable price. Not a fan of most of the menu execution but the steak dinners are always on point. Friendly staff, maybe a bit understaffed in the bar area as it can get busy and take a long while to get service when food or drinks run low. That being said, once you place an order for anything, you receive it quickly! Leafs games are always a night out at Chuck’s!

Changing from 5 to 1 star.I visited this place again with my family on Sunday night for dinner and I'm very disappointed with the experience this time.To begin with, there was no one at the entrance greeting customers.Once we came in we had to wait few minutes until someone came and took us to a table and provided the menu's.Short time after our waitress came, introduced herself and took the order for the drinks, which came relatively quick.At that point we order the appetizer (nachos with guacamole and chicken) as well as the main courses. After more than 30 minutes we had not received the nachos and we did not see any more our waitress, so we asked a lady that seemed to be the manager or supervisor. She mentioned that the waitress was preparing them and shortly would be at the table.Later on she came with the nachos and told us that they were out of guacamole and that was the reason for the delay. She also mentioned that the main plates were ready and asked if we wanted everything altogether at once, and we said no. There was no enough room in the table to have all at the same time. She said that they will keep the plates in the warmer until we are ready for them. Once we were done with the nachos, had to wait long time again to see our waitress.Unfortunately a glass of soda flipped on our table and we used the napkins to clean as quickly as possible. We asked another waitress to help us clean the table and bring us more napkins. She brought a roll of paper and quickly dried the table, but we didn't get napkins, so I had to take the cutlery from a table beside ours to take the napkins.Our plates finally came in but the steaks were overcooked. When mentioned about it to our waitress she mentioned that it was because of the time in the warmer while we were eating out appetizer and apologized for it.Later she came to see if we wanted ketchup for the fries and at that time she offered to replace the steaks. Only my wife accepted the replacement. My sons and I were not wishing to wait much longer for the food and eated the overcooked steaks.The lady who seemed to be the manager came and apologized and offered to reduce the price of my wife's steak charging only the price of a 7 Oz instead of 12 Oz.The bill included the guacamole for the nachos, so I had to ask that to be removed as we did not get it. Also the offered discount was not applied and had to ask for it. The bill had to be corrected twice.I general the experience was very negative.I will not come back to to this place.First review :Good service and food. The price is incredible low for the quality of food.

Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar & Grill
Chuck’s is one of the hottest spots for cheap eating and good food. If you want to dine on a budget than Chuck’s is a great option. With weekly beer promotions and 1/2 off appetizers after 9 Pm every night this chain restaurant is great to get out and enjoy some good food with family and friends. Waitresses are always nice and the restaurant offers a very welcoming and exciting environment with bar+restaurant style sitting and great sports viewing.

I visited Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill with my parents and had mixed feelings about the experience. The food was generally good, but unfortunately, my parents' order was missed and never served. We only realized this after reaching out to the waiter, who was busy serving the entire floor. It was too late to cook their order by the time we found out, so we ordered an appetizer instead.While the food was amazing and tasty, the service left a lot to be desired. We were disappointed that no solution was offered for the mistake made. It would have been nice to see the restaurant take steps to make things right, like offering a complimentary dessert or drink.Overall, I'm not sure if I would consider going back to Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill. While the food is great, they need to work on their service and customer satisfaction. If they can address these issues and show that they value their customers, I would be more inclined to give them another chance

Had such a good time at Chucks last night! The service from the bartender Courtney was top notch. Food was as expected, and the vibe in the restaurant and bar was fun!At no point did anyone around me go without a beverage or service. There were about 10 of us, and we all left happy on a busy long weekend Sunday!!!Thanks so much Courtney, and Chucks!!!

It was okay. You get what you pay for. I don't have anything negative to say. It was quiet when we visited (Sunday night), not too many people. Service was good, food was hot. Our table ordered apps at 9pm and they were out at 9:15 which was great.

Table service was great. The staff was friendly.The table was sticky. There was a dried up spill on one of the menus.I got an excellent rack of ribs. Fall off the bone. Very little fries for it to be considered a side. The gravy was really salty.The ribs were delicious, so much so that I took a photo and sent it to my family and they asked that I order 2 orders to take home.I opened my to-go order as soon as it was handed to me only to find a ridiculously tiny handful of fries and 2 extremely smaller racks of ribs. Meat to bone ratio was unfair.They double knotted my bag, which felt as though it was to hide the small portion of food that they gave me.I showed my server and she was apologetic and offered to get more fries but I was late for an appointment already after waiting for my 2 take home orders.I understand lunch rush and such but that shouldn't affect the quality & quantity of the food.It was a Wednesday Rib special. When I ordered to take home, I expected the same quality of meat that I received at the table.The smaller racks of ribs were a bit overcooked and dry.The photo with 2 large size containers were the take-out order and the smaller container and bigger ribs were my leftovers.

Always a good time. The oakville branch service is just amazing. Didn't feel out of place and they're so kind! Loved the chill vibes and such a good time! The food is super bomb, juicy and succulent and the desserts are to die for! Especially the sticky bread pudding omg
