I needed to replace my 16yr old carbon monoxide emitting in-floor heating boiler. Got 3 quotes to convert to a Combi unit, and chose Reliance. Their quote was not the cheapest, but it included the Rinnai Combi unit I wanted, and all new anciliary equipment. The installation time was within days of the estimate and original visit. I was told the installation would take 1 day, possibly two for some final tweaking etc. I was skeptical that they could remove the original boiler, water heater and all piping, and install a complete new system in one day. The two installers, Kyle and brandon were exceptional. They removed the old equipment quickly and efficiently, no mess doing so. While Kyle was preparing the site for the new combi unit, Brandon was assisting and assembling parts to be installed in sequence. They worked very well as a team, no lost or idle time. They did get the complete new system installed and running in one day. I was most impressed. The installation is neat, well-placed and all piping runs are straight and level. They did an excellent job of cleaning up everything before they left. I have high praise for these two installers.

We have just got installed a heat pump last week. We are really happy that it got installed right before the heat wave. I must say that It is very nice to get it installed by Reliance Home Comfort. Very professional, responsive services by Reliance Home Comfort. It is always pleasure to talk to MEHRAB, very professional and cooperative person I met. It looks like he’s like one of our family member. I’m very happy.

Poor installation multiple call backs. Do not use them for rental they do not follow through on promises. Not energy efficient heat my gas bill has gone up 500 dollars since installation.. had to call them2 times during winter the the furnace would shut off because gas pressure too high. Not enough exhaustWhom ever has come to repair the problems is outstanding in customer service.. honest and explains the problem.. honestly this makes me rate them a little higher.Would I do this again let's see when the 7 years are up what the next few problems are.

Gary was very helpful in making sure we got the appropriate system for our place. Gary and Kai did a great job helping me get Strata approval for the Heat pump installation. The installers were very professional, clean and efficient during the installation. Very happy with the work and service.

Reliance were super helpful in letting us know what we would need to do to get a heat pump installed, and great at recommending installers to help us get our electrical panel upgraded. The heat pump installers were professional and friendly. The house is staying cool, so all seems to be working as expected, hurrah!

We had a heat pump, tankless water system, and drinking water filter system installed in April 2023. It was a major job that took a little longer than anticipated, but Kai was extremely professional when it came to communication and answering all of our questions. At the office, Amanda was very pleasant and professional in our phone calls and emails. I would recommend Reliance to anyone who wants to install a heat pump in their home. Now that it's summer, we have no regrets in our installation by Reliance and are now enjoying our air conditioning in our home.

Installed a new Carrier central air conditioning unit -Honest & straight forward quotation, no extras, no guessing, paid exactly what is quoted + best warranty among competitors. Installers are professional & did a very good clean job. Also take time to explain in details how to operate the new system and answer our questions.

I called to have a repair done on my boiler installation. 2 repair men arrived on time and quickly found and fixed the leak at the cap of the vent pipe on the roof. They both were very helpful and knowledgeable. I am confident that the problem will not reoccur but it has not rained since my repair. I am happy with this experience. Thanks again.

However, leaving it up as a warning to do your due diligence!**Very shady business tactics and dishonest salesman.Mike came to our house in January to give us a quote on a new furnace.I asked him multiple times if the number he was verbally quoting us was the final number and he assured me it was. He also told us that the equipment qualified for $8,000 worth of rebates.When he emailed me the quote a few days later, the final number was almost $1000 more than he verbally quoted. I also wanted to double check that the rebates he told us would apply were actually valid, so I emailed to ask. He took over a week to respond and told me that in fact they only qualify for $5,000 in rebates. So they are false advertising and would have had me pay that extra money had I not verified it myself.I would NOT recommend Reliance or Mike. Very shady customer service.

Great company to deal with. Gary was awesome. Easy to talk to, provided options and followed up when he said he would. The installers were top notch. Highly recommend!
