We bought a used Chrysler Town & Country from Frank at Carrally Auto Sales. It was truly one of the best used car purchasing experiences we have had. He was very professional, didn’t put any pressure on us and made himself available when we couldn’t come till after business hours. We had issues transferring the ownership due to an issue with the finance company and Frank made multiple trips for us and even offered to drive the 2 hours to our home to pick up some required paperwork. I highly highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great quality used vehicle.

Engine light came on next day of purchase. Do you think they would care.? No, he keep swearing at government and ministry once you tell him you will call the ministry. Two months until the car decided not fixable. He gave us a look at his 10 car lot. We had to choose a car from those broken ones. OMG. Very bad experience. If you purchase a car and have a problem with safety after, good luck getting it fixed. They won't honor their word whatsoever.

I have never had such amazing customer service support ever. Let alone from a used car dealership. My experience purchasing a vehicle from Carrally Auto Sales has been extremely satisfying. Give this place a try because after you meet Frank you will not go anywhere else. I think i was sold more on him then i was on the car lol. We bought a 2013 Ford Escape last month and Frank made every step of the way stress free. If he missed a call he made sure to call me back; answered all my questions and walked me through everything. His personality is genuine and we could feel it right from beginning of our car enquiry to the end of the car sale. Amazing! I would recommend this place 100% for those looking for a great car and excellent service.

The staff and management team were very polite and professional. They gave me a really good and reasonable quote for a used car within my budget and helped me throughout the process.I’ve had the car for quite some time now and have no concerns and issues. They followed up with me following the sale of the vehicle a couple times to ensure my satisfaction as well as the quality of the cart was up to my standards. Definitely recommend!!

I bought a used 2015 Town And Country from Frank in December 2022. He was very personable and did not engage in any high-pressure sales techniques. The van was in excellent condition having been detailed. Frank gave me an excellent deal including a set of new snow tires on steel rims. He also delivered the van to my home in Barrie which was greatly appreciated. A transmission error code came up two weeks after I bought the van and the transmission needed major work. Frank paid for half the repairs as part of his powertrain warranty. All in all this was probably the best car buying experience I have had in my life. I would recommend Carrally Auto Sales and Frank to anyone who is interested in buying a used car.

The worst man I have ever dealt with. A compulsive liar. He lies for any and every thing. I wouldn’t recommend his vehicles. All have problem with transmissions. He gives you a lot of bad promises. Call OMVIC before you buy from him and ask about his tickets.

Really pleased with my experience buying a used car (Mazda 3) from Carrally Auto Sales. Frank is great to deal with, no pressure sales and cares about customer satisfaction. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase, followed up with me after the sale and even covered the cost of my own mechanics after sale inspection. If I could I would give him more stars.
