These guys are awesome! Not only did they have all the parts needed that were nearly impossible to find, but they were able to fix my phone within an hour and get me back on the road to work, I'm so happy I was able to find them! Definitely recommend these guys to everyone!

Terrible place. They show as “temporarily closed” and my friends phone is still in there. No communication whatsoever. From what I’ve been seeing on Facebook it’s not just me either

This business has shut down and they still have my phone. No communication with how or when I can get my phone. It was supposed to be a one day quick fix and they have closed their store. Terrible communication and customer service.

Got recommended to go here by a friend. Got a good case and screen protector. I fiddled with the screen protector because something got underneath. Messed up the whole thing and they replaced it no questions asked. Awesome place for phone service.

These guys are Absolutely awesome to deal with not only did they fix a problem that was created by another Mobile klinik location free of charge they went above and beyond when parts wouldn't come in during a very stressful time in my life (the week of my wedding) I would 10/10 recommend them and will be back for all my phone needs!

Definitely not going back. Probably the worst experience as a customer I’ve had in a long time. The employees seem to treat the open hours as a suggestion rather than actually following them. Four days later still waiting to be able to pick up my phone because the store is constantly closed during open hours. No information as to what’s going on either. If you feel like getting treated as an after thought I would recommend them, but if you actually want your phone fixed by a professional I’d go to literally anyone else.

Absolutely the only place I will ever go to for phone problems! Originally when I broke my screen I headed to telus (who, over the course of 20 or 30 minutes, literally told me they couldn't do anything) So I ended up heading to mobile klinik. Meghan is awesome and I honestly feel like she is the only reason Asurion actually ok'd the repair on my phone. She is really knowledgeable and really goes above and beyond to help get the problems fixed! I've been there twice now and both times have been great, thanks!
