We hired MR. Handyman to repair a leaking drain and drywall repairs that steamed from it. Unfortunately when their drywall repairs ended up cracking 30 days later they refused to fix the issue under warranty and tried to charge me to make repairs to their previous work.Subpar work and poor customer service.SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.

Easy to work with, nice employees, and they did a very good job. BIG negative was that the cost of staining our fence ended up being several hundred dollars more than the original estimate, which we didn't learn until our technician was wrapping up for the day (and the only change in the scope of the work was that they still haven't been able to finish due to weather - and to come back and finish it will be even more - at least a 50% increase over what we were first quoted by the end of this). This is disappointing as I was excited to find this company.

Tanna the customer service rep/scheduler was professional, prompt, and friendly. Technician John was very knowledgeable and helpful as he diagnosed the problem with an exterior door. He not only quickly fixed the problem but also took time to explain what the problem was and offered some suggestions for future improvements. I would highly recommend him and the company.

Casey came to hang my rod and curtains that are heavy blackout linen curtains from Pottery Barn. He was fabulous. He was on time, professional took great care in getting in right and meeting my expectations. The job consisted of 1 1/2 hours and he thoroughly cleaned up after making sure to lay down a tarp before starting the job. I requested he wear a mask and he responded positively. He was awesome and did a fabulous job. I asked if he would replace the refrigerator water filter a simple task, all of 10 seconds, but it was so tight I couldn’t loosen, he kindly completed with a smile. I wish I could give him 10 stars! I highly recommend Mr. Handyman, you will be pleased.

Both days they were others everyone was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This must be the norm for this company because there were three different people. Verified that everything was done to our satisfaction and they made sure they cleaned up all the areas they worked in.

A door in my house was unhinged ! I called this office and Tanna went out of her way to schedule a same day appointment for me on a very short notice ! Charles ( Charlie ) was the gentleman who came to my house to repair the door ! He was very kind , professional and on time ! I appreciate the wonderful customer service that I have received from both Tanna and Charles and you and your office will be my to go Handyman for any unexpected problems in my house ! Mr. Handyman repaired a precarious drop ceiling above a very high 3 story stairwell where I work. Very well done!

I decided to choose Mr Handyman because I read amazing reviews on here. My experience was not great. Charley and Jesse were my service technicians and they both did a HORRIBLE job and I wasted my time over and over again.I have this space in my townhome and want to add two walls up so I can add a door to make it a room.On 4/22 & 4/23 Charley came to do the project and this is how it turned out. Horrible paint job, nails holes, uneven door, bubbles, etc. ( pictures for reference)I told Tana that I was not satisfied with the job and someone need come and fix it. She was nice enough to send Charley and Jesse on 5/9 they both came over and fix some details but the door stil have a cap and the door color still don’t match the door color at my house.I complained to Tana and she send Jesse over on 6/10 to fix the issues which you can see is still not resolved. When the door is closed it make weird noises when there’s slight air/ wind. They came over to “fix” the issues and wasted my day just waiting for them to finish their job. I am super disappointed and I would never recommend anyone to Mr handyman.
