I came in to get my necklace repaired. They did a wonderful job and reasonable too!! Both were so helpful and kind.It's more like a Jewellery Store than a pawn shop.. Definitely coming back great selection !!

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS STORE. TERRIBLE QUALITY WITH RIDICULOUS PRICE The owner SCAMMED me. she said the earring is bit more expensive and she want me to pay way much and it turned out that it was fake. one of my friend from those industry told me that. Also very rude and disrespectful, I feel like the owner just does not like her life.

Very upset! Wanted to support a local shop during these difficult times and went here to get my engagement ring and wedding band size. They sized it for me but didn't give me the spare gold back. They said I needed to tell them I wanted it back before hand and the price would have been an extra 50 dollars. I have NEVER had to say anything anywhere else, I have NEVER had to pay to get my own gold back. Any other place has always just given it to me. This was horrible, sad ,and unprofessional. When I asked for it and said I would pay they didn't have it anymore. This is not normal practice!

So first time trying out a pawnshop for buying but decided why the heck not...mark ups at retail stores are through the roof and I don’t like online shopping for high end jewelry preferring to see it and touch it. Went with my girlfriend and was greeted by the nicest woman. She was so helpful and had so many pretty things. Was super impressed and the name brand stuff came in the original boxes with tags. She also provided hand sanitizers and wipes which was appreciated!

I love and will never go anywhere else for jewelry....she's so honest, never screwed me around with price or been sneaky.....not only did she keep my stuff longer then it should have been pawned she called me too say I paid too much.....recommend her too anyone. As long as ur honest and treat her well u will never have an issue thanks so much

I am a long time customer with thousands of dollars spent on my missus in this store. I've been able to treasure hunt some rather unique and custom designs for at least half price off the full appraisal they certified as I required for insurance purposes. Often the value was three times or more the commercial values. I brought in friends to shop and they we're all thrilled no complaints at all is a good review these days, lol.

My mom shopped here when I was younger. So now I shop here. This shop is AMAZING!!!! Small family owned jewellery store that also does pawns. The people who run this place are very nice. They have some of the most unique selection I've found yet. Never had any issues with anything I bought from here. Honestly some of the best prices you will find, and lots of antique jewellery if you're into that.
