Macklam's Chimney Cleaning
Macklam Chimney cleaners have cleaned my chimney and fireplace since I've lived in my house. They are honest, trustworthy and loyal. They show up on time, make sure the fireplace is clean and inspected and clean up afterwards. Highly recommend them.

Macklam's Chimney Cleaning
This company came and cleaned my chimney without my consent. I found out about it from tenants two days later. They said my elderly mother who doesn’t own the property approved this. I was going to look into this but before I could they somehow got my phone number and texted to harass me for payment. I told them I was upset about this - all I expected was an apology and never to do this again and told them that. They said I was a privileged, sheltered person. I have no words. I hope never to interact with this company again.

My appointment was for today. Friday November 11, 2022. The company had a call yesterday to confirm. We have used this company for many years but unfortunately we will no longer use them. I took the day off, (un paid ), and they were a show. No phone call, no apology, no explanation. Very disappointed.

Macklam Chimney Cleaning have been cleaning the chimney in my home for fifteen years. They provide professional and spotlessly clean service for a very reasonable amount of money. I have never had even a hint of a problem with this service and give them my highest recommendation.
