Absolutely the worst .....one person working till and no one else to be seen. Very long line. Not how a store should be run...shoppers used to be good now just a dump....lost all my business

Very friendly staff,always helpful and looking to assist in whatever you need . Post office is usually fairly quietDisappointed that management apparently changed the pharmacy rules and now charge a filing charge if mixing medications . Also some medications they will not cover on certain health cards and you have to file a claim after paying for it . Never had this happen at other pharmacies

Pretty disappointed with the pharmacy. For the second time now I have had scripts sent to this location and gave the pharmacy a day to fill it. When I show up to get it, they tell me that I have to come the following day.When questioned, They told me that they had it that day and had a slew of excuses as to why it was not filled. Through questioning, they reveled that they've just been very busy".On one of the two occasions I got a call back saying that they didn't even have the medication in stock after waiting 20 minutes. The pharmacy had the script all day

Young blonde woman working in makeup today seemed like she didn’t want to help me find products todayInstead of the employee trying to sell me a product, I kept having to ask questions and the older woman working wouldn’t talk to me at allSince the older woman working in makeup continuously ignored me, I walked out instead of making a $1k purchase of makeup bc it’s clear neither worker was interested in helping someone of colorI advised our film crew to purchase from more inclusive, helpful and welcoming businesses than the Selkirk Shopper’s Drug Mart

This is by far the WORST place I’ve ever had a prescription filled! Today was a 5 hour response to a faxed in prescription, it will be another 15-20 minutes, it was sent in 5 hours ago… yes, we have been behind all day. Usually I have had to wait at least an hour. This is unacceptable! Please don’t respond with your….. I’m sorry this has happened to you, call customer service. I’ll just go somewhere else.
