Went in there with a decent size load, and got serviced real good. tried to negotiate price but the manager threatened to kick me out. I respect that. Even that new guy Justin is pretty cool

Not impressed one little bit.Been dealing with these guys for years.BroughtBrought inA couple of hundred pounds of copperAbout 90% of it was pure copper.Was toldThey would give me$4 a pound. After I dumped all the stuff on scale Machine The guy comes out and tells me it's brass copper and he offered me $3.15 a pound. My company and I will never deal with them again. Sorry Adam but I lost 100's of dollars. Only because of Adam I gave 2 stars. Beware people!!

The white guy Adam. What a ®aC1$+ P®!CK!!The way he threatened the employees (they Looked like latinos) is so bad, yelling them so bad and the customers too. And no facture or receipt after you purchase something in. Had to wait too much for unloading my truck.Only one person checking the scale and the big the lane of trucks meanwhile the other guy is only sleeping on the big excavator and the other white guy who look like an addict just hiding or pretending doing something without help his workmates. Terrible!!

Quick, easy and efficient. The boys helped me unload the copper from my truck onto the scale and I had cash in my hand in under 10 minutes. Good prices and a great experience. I’ll definitely be bringing my scrap to North Star from now on.

Reminds me of what scrap metal places used to be like. Friendly staff, super helpful and accommodating. Great price for coming and going of metals. I have never felt let down by these guys.
