Our old owners used to give us paid breaks.A free coffee and doughnutAnd 50% off the new owners don’t give that and they shorted the staff on shift

The woman who took my order was awesome!! And coffee was perfect, sometimes its a hit or a miss if they stir it or not but they also have a packed drive thru and the inside is packed so bear with them if that does happen!

Always has at least 6 to 7 people just standing around in drive-thru and 1 person that is training to severe front counter and no one could stop talk or having fun at drive-thru and help front counter when there busy the owner really needs to fix this also Always closing store front before closing time of 10pm

Messed up my order twice in a row, asked for alow cooked chicken bacon ranch wrap and both times got crispy. Not a huge deal, but aside from the about 80% of the time there's coffee grounds in my coffee and it's not stirred well.

Hurry up! Figure out what the roadblocks are and request help from your manager.Can't go into the restaurant at all in the morning! 6am until whenever they decide to unlock the doors. Speedy service when you finally get to the window but order is always wrong. Can't keep up with customers, always a lineup causing mayhem in the parking-lot. Its clear they need additional staff, a better, more present restaurant Manager & continuous training for all their employees and staff. Employees that can read the order instead of guessing all the time under pressure. Its getting ridiculous. Need new Managment!

- Won't order Wraps anymore now that they changed the packaging.- The bitter dark coffee is terrible. What happened to the decent original/medium blend?

Went in today 6 people waiting in line up. One girl working the cash 5 people at drive thru. Is it necessary to have that many people standing by the drive thru. Walk ins don't count anymore? And the attitude of the girl at the cash register. Then I get a French vanilla that is water, she sees it pouring out like that, checks machine and continues to give it to me. Night before terrible service once again. Girl puts a broken lid on a full cup of coffee?? Who trains these people?

They get my order wrong every time I go here, when I come back thinking its only that one time they messed up but its been every time and its only been this one Tim Hortons.
