I had my daughters w/c repaired and purchased a lift chair (which she loves) through you. The personnel here are excellent and a refreshing change from the previous vendor who made us feel it was all about the money. Motion makes you feel they are listening and wanting to help, their delivery fellow was a pleasure to have in our home.

The breaks and new cable were installed for my client’s wheelchair. Adds on is the head rest that was aligned perfectly! My client was full of smiles while waiting in an excellent room with complete equipment the feeling of home. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Since my SCI (spinal cord injury) I’ve been paralyzed for over 20 years and every New WHEELCHAIR Order is still handled with the same care and attention. Service and repair TECHNICIANS really know what they’re doing too. Whether they’re adjusting my converted Van or fixing some brakes on a spare wheelchair, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Motion has a great team, they are friendly and helpful. We have needed repairs to the wheelchair for years now and it was fixed yesterday by the great techs at Motion. We highly recommend them, friendly, helpful service is rare, but you will find it at Motion.

We ordered an Extreme Tilting Wheelchair on Feb.28th 2023 through Motion and specifically through Amroh Solomon, a Mobility and Accessibility Consultant. Two months later, our mother dies and the chair is still nowhere to be found. We advise Mr. Solomon on multiple occasions that we either want the chair OR our money back but he has yet to respond to any of our calls. We have the receipt and proof of purchase, now we will take legal action. Be very careful who you deal with here.

The fellows in the service department were absolutely fantastic! Roy and Mike went above and beyond to modify our wheelchair and make it work. We would highly recommend Motion Cares.

Everyone here is great to work with, I just got a new wheelchair through them and they were great with helping me get it to fit perfect, and customized it to me. And then I broke said new wheelchair and they were able to get it fixed quickly, under warranty. The only problem is that they can be difficult to get a hold of, but worth it when you do. Fully recommend them.

motion spcialties is awesome,even the staff is so friendly..name alice iverson is very helpfull..she will explain in detail all the necessary way to help us regarding our need specially having a loaner while we are waiting our new lifter from the government..Good job MOTION
