Morning crew is usually fantastic. Not so much weekend and day time I find you don’t get the same hospitality But anyways why did I ask for chipotle sauce on my biscuit and there was barely one swipe I wish I could post a picture to show but I couldn’t find an option for that. They also told me I couldn’t order a farmers wrap at 2 and they denied me that and told me they stop serving breakfast at 2 I asked why because I previously had before then 2 people are suddenly talking to me over the microphone in a short attitude saying it’s been like that since January and I definitely didn’t want to argue so I was like okay. I go In a few days later to order the same thing around the same time and buddy tells me they stop serving breakfast at 4. Soooooo weird flex.

Wierd experience. Waited a while to be served, which was fine. When the girl finally came to the cash she just gave us a nasty look. We said hi and she just stared at us with a nasty look like we were a huge inconvenience. We walked out and she laughed. Very bizarre...

Service a little slow at counter. I had offers on the Tims app on my phone and I could not use them as their wi-fi was iffy and I may have lost my offers because the clerk got me to try and sign in and I could not do that.

I like this location a lot but if I’m paying $4 for a French vanilla with espresso I’d want it to be filled to the top rather than almost half way down the cup

Where to begin, the hot chocolate was terrible, watered down swill. A menu item was not available and the explanation was staff couldnt be botherd to make it ? At least put up some signage if the employees can't be bothered. Tim hortons keeps getting worse and worse every visit.

I hate going to the Caldwell road Timmie's. I find the staff there bordering on rude. It's like they don't care, and the customers are a burden. I'm giving them a 3 star rating because the order was made to the typical standards of other locations.

I don't do reviews usually, but this location is poorly operated. I get a coffee, double double, no sugar. Order a sandwich, no meat on the sandwich. Then there are the times they just close or don't open because no one shows up for work. They took a few days to re-pave the parking lot...worse than before they did it. I went there again today, no sugar in the drink and no Tim's Rewards Card scan available. I had a free coffee on my card too so that sucked. I know it's weird complaining about a coffee shop in this day and age but it's little things that help us get through the days, or pile up drive us nuts. This location just always seems to add to the drive us nuts" pile. But hey at the end of the day it all comes down to wages. Pay the staff better and they will take more pride in their work and pay attention to the details."

My 11 year old daughter went there today after school and they told her if she wanted to eat indoors she had to prove she was vaccinated. She explained she was only 11 and couldn’t be vaccinated and they made her eat outside. I’m hoping that management explains to the staff the vaccination law does not apply to children under 12. My daughter stops here 2-3 times a week and normally spend $5 or more along with several friends doing the same. I hope this doesn’t happen next time she stops in.
