I wouldn’t go back, I got quoted on a battery for my keep for 400 plus tax. He said he was only charging me for the battery and it was from the jeep dealership. Come to find out jeep only charges 350 plus tax. He took advantage of me with my kids and didn’t say he was charging for some diagnostic fee he said it was just for the battery. Come to find out he’s charging me more than the dealership and won’t even refund me 25$ I feel as if he scammed me and won’t even rectify it. Do not go here.

This is the most honest and reliable shop in town. They have proven time and again their level of expertise and transparency in repairing our vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone and I feel very fortunate to have them taking care of our cars. The quality of service is a rarity in the world nowadays and I would never consider taking our vehicles to any other company. We are very thankful that Mario & Sam’s is available to us and appreciate the hard, honest and exceptional service that is provided.

My car wouldn't start without a boost and I was freaking out. I called Mario and Sam's and made an appointment to get a new battery and as soon as I got there they went to work telling me what the issue is with my car. I am very happy and relieved they could help me and fix my battery. Very friendly and informative. Prices are also very affordable! Will be going back 100% for all my car maintenance!! I came in today to get my leaking exhaust pipe looked at by the technicians. The team here at Mario & Sam's Auto Service & Sales showed me what needed to be done without breaking my bank account. They called up their neighboring specialist who specializes in this repair, and I was fixed up within the hour. I'll be going back to Mario & Sam's because of their great customer experience.

Very impressed with their service, and will be a returning customer!I was concerned that the rear coil springs in my car had broken, and I didn’t feel safe driving my car in the current condition. The dealership could not even take a look at my car for 2 weeks. In a panic, I called Mario and Sam’s and they were able to diagnose my car the very next day, and it was fixed the following afternoon. The total for parts and labour came to $300 less than what the dealership had quoted me (even with a “discount”).

John and Mario are both kind, friendly, trustworthy and provide extraordinary service. I came here after the dealership developed an aggressive habit of making up repairs that weren’t required to gouge customers during the pandemic. These folks are fantastic! So glad we found them. Highly recommend.

Have been here a few times over the pandemic and I can confidently say I haven't experienced better service from any other mechanic. The crew is always quick to get you in ASAP, quick to identify issues and are very honest. Not to mention the prices are very fair and affordable. Would highly recommend and will continue to go here for all my car issues/maintenance in the future.
