I want to say my sales guy was really helpful and nice, I am English and sign a paper I thought was to evaluate the car I was trading in, but it was a consent form to do a credit check, I think it was an error on both parts, however, the credit check was with Equifax and was a hard check that affected my credit score, I asked them not to do any check until I confirm the purchase. My score dropped 33 points, I went onsite to be told that I signed the paper, I said that the salesperson gave me the wrong one, I advise people don't give any information until you are sure what to buy, The general manager was a little unsettling when I tried to advise them of the situation, this was on part an error i did, but also them as well, i was frauded in 2018, trans union and Equifax has security measures in place to call my cell phone to make sure it's actually me, and automobile en direct didn't call and did a hard credit inquiry that lowered my score and was logged with Equifax.it will remain on my file for 24 months and the credit company confirmed it was a HARD check..... Please be careful

If I could I would give this company a NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!! We went in to look at a car and when we realized the car was not what we where looking for and asked for the deposit of 300$ back they said they would refund it. Over two weeks later I still did not get the refund, when I called them to ask what was going on with the refund they started ignoring my call but when I called from another number within 2 minutes they answered the call! The matter has till not Been resolved. Don’t leave a deposit!

I am very happy with the service I got here and I Arianne help me find the perfect car for me. With the help of Jean-Sébastien and Audrey, I am now an owner of a beautiful car. Everyone was so warm, welcoming and understanding of my situation.

First I called to check whether we need appointment to see some cars. Which was not necessary according to the reception desk but I arrived there and they were surprised. After waiting, I meet Sales guy and without showing any cars or anything he just pushed to the financing where I was read to pay in cash. After this bad service their central finance is worse. I clearly informed them from the beginning that I have arrived just few days back in Canada and I cannot give you some of papers, which was good for them when we talk but then after they keep on asking some paper which was not making any sense in my case. I have been to other places and I brought my car with credit with the same paper which I provide to Automobile. This was my first bad experience in Canada where sales guys is just interested in financing without showing any real car. We didn't talked anything else then financing in 2 hrs visit to this guys but without any results. May be I was in wrong hands

Worst after sales service and don’t trust their car reports they are fake i bought car 2 months back and their report said tyres were changed bur they did not changed the tyres. After buying car on very second day i called them that suspension is making noise they sent me to their mechanic he checked it and said its perfect I don’t see any fault then i took it to my mechanic he asked me to change the shockers i would never suggest to buy car from here

Prices are a complete joke, selling 2 and 3 year old USED vehicles with lots of mileage for MORE than what it costs for the same exact model brand new at a dealership. Would never support a business like this who is clearly taking advantage of clients.

Typical car dealership, in the worst sense. Put a deposit on a vehicle with the intention of picking it up and driving it home. Made this very clear. Showed up, it was like I didn't even have a booking - agent was nowhere to be found, car was not washed or ready to go. Trunk and door jams filthy. Found paint peeling with rust underneath, water in a tail light. Was told they could take $300 off because the price was too low already. Call centre takes calls, not speaking to someone on site. Such a waste of time. Also had to chase them down for the deposit as it was delayed and not ordered when I asked it to be. If you need a loan or you want to buy something quickly, maybe this is the place for you. I know a little something about cars and was not impressed, I don't buy cars from places like this.
