Nettoyage Impérial

The team came to my place for a first visit, they charged an evaluation fee, saying the amount will be reimbursed after the final cleaning. Now the cleaning has been done, the office refused to make the reimbursement of the first visit charge. I am very disappointed at their internal communication, would not recommend.

I want to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the service that i have received in my experience with Groupe Imperial. I had called many companies beforehand to compare prices ect , but when i got to this one , what caught my attention and made me do business was the care and professionalism ive received throughout my whole experience with them. They were very fast and efficient, they knew their product and answered every question i had regarding the service, they even took time to give me tips and advice on how to maintain my unit! I strongly recommend this company and i will definitely call again in the future for ur services! Thank you Groupe Imperial.

I made an appointment to have my two AC units cleaned a few months ago. The technician came as scheduled and did the cleaning, and I noticed an unpleasant odor emanating from both of my AC units in the weeks that followed. When I sent a message to the company to request that a technician returns to verify the smell, I was told that a technician would get in contact with me, which they never did. I called the company to follow up, and only then did the technician call me back to make a follow up appointment for the following week. The technician never showed up for the appointment, and did not answer when I tried to call back on the number from which he contacted me. I then contacted the company again, and was told (for the third time) that the technician would contact me, which (again) they never did. All this to say, I found this company to be non-responsive and unreliable with respect to their communications and honouring their appointments.UPDATE: The technician called the next day and apologized for missing the appointment, and came today to check on the AC unit. He seemed genuinely apologetic for missing the appointment which I appreciated, and he was very courteous and friendly. He cleaned my AC unit again at no additional cost and, although he was not able to find any source for the odor, he explained to me a little better how the unit works and possible explanations in case the odor returns (could be a plumbing issue). For now, the odor seems to have dissipated. I was prepared to be disappointed by this company, but the technician (Mathieu) was professional, efficient and kind, which made me change my mind. Alex from nettoyage imperial visited us in summer 2019. His service was excellent, and he was very cordial and professional. Great tips for us to keep our AC units healthy and overall very happy with the job. Head office was also great to work with on coordinating the meeting and accommodating timing. Would recommend 100% for anyone that needs AC cleaning service

The service call technician who came over, James, was fast and reliable. My issue was resolved within 30 minutes of his arrival.

Not worth it when considering the price. They cleaned, carpet, sofa and couch. Result is OK, nothing more.
