Remarkably clean, remarkably fast. Dropped my truck off at 10:00 and received a call early afternoon that it was ready for pickup. Felt like stepping into a familiar version of a brand new vehicle. Quality attention to detail from top to bottom at a fair price.

Was booked in for a cut and polish. was expecting more , brought truck home scratchs I showed them and expected to be gone were not, couldn’t get wash brush marks out, and there were areas on the chrome that still had the paste on it, tells me they are rushing their work. For 500.00 was expecting more.

The detailing job was superb. The communication was not the best.My original booking was not recorded correctly, so I had to reschedule, I was told the detailing job would be 2-3 hours, it was closer to 6 before it was done.Get the facts up front, plan to leave your vehicle there all day and you'll be happy. They do great work.

Got my truck detailed at the beginning of January, The staff was extremely accommodating as I had to leave the province for a family matter. I came home to a clean truck and they even got ALL the dog hair out of it! I will always recommend Shinez as their customer service and their eye for detail can't be beat. Sarah and Jamie are amazing and I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else.
