Amazing food. Best staff around. The pasta bar is the main highlight with live cooking in front of your eyes.The buffet is very good as well. You will have much more than what you paid for and leave with a smile. What more could you ask of a resturant.Eat there on a regular basis and never had a moment where I didnt love the food. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible,terrible,terrible. The buffet on Friday Dec16th was over cooked and scarce. The attendant was clueless on keeping up with the crowd but so was the owner. I counted twelve times he was asked to cut slices off of the pork and beef roast, only to cut several slices and leave, with a line up of people waiting again. The lasagna was way over cooked to the point is was actually black. I could go on but why. The family that ordered from the menu were happy with the meal and price so not all bad I suppose. I spoke to the owner who had nothing to say . This was so disappointing for a family dinner of twenty. Never again which is sad considering the lack of choice we have in this town. The server was good.

Siva's has always been a go to place when we wanted to have variety so we would hit up the buffet. The last few times unfortunately has been a bust. We were told from the waitress herself that some of the food was from the prior night and you could tell as it wasn't fresh at all, this was very disappointing especially given the price of the buffet itself isn't cheap. I really hope it was just a bad day" but we had another experience prior that was also disappointing. Lesson learned to always order from the menu if you want your food to be fresh."

We enjoyed our dinner at Sivan’s, t bone steaks, loaded potatoes, soup and salad bar and awesome cheesecake. Closest to home cooking when on the road. The waitress was pleasant and attentive and the owner remembered my husband from dining there 15 years ago, even what he ordered! A highly friendly crew and delicious food. We will be back ❤️

Went to the Monday night pasta bar. Dish was made right in front of me. You could choose from several different items. I choose to let the chef (owner) decide. He made a lovely seafood pasta. The staff was amazing and the price was right. A++ would go again to try other days specials.

We got there, and from outside it looks like not much but inside was very clean and had that mom and pop shop vibe.The service was extremely good. The lady that worked when we went was super nice, she had to leave as her shift ended and the transition was flawless!! Everyone was nice and they took great care of making us feel welcomed.

Came with a group and we averaged our liking to 3 stars. Food selection is huge and staff were all super friendly. Few issues was that there was no knife to cut the meat so when no slices were available, we could not have. Unless you wait for a worker to come by and cleave. Desert was yummy and felt very home made. Seating is plentiful as well

Nothing special here. Expect your standard fair. Dry over cooked fries medium burger patties that need help and salt. Old lettuce in the Ceasar salad with dry lemons to squeeze. Powdered gravey etc etc. I'm sure they had something special with the 4.5 star average but the luster is definitely gone. If you're after tier one Sysco food they definitely have it.The lunch hour dance music and over the old buffet booze display is quite interesting
