Good and friendly service. Repairs look great. Communication could be a bit better— I would have preferred to get a call advising that there would be a delay in the repair because additional parts had to be ordered after the repairs began. I found this out only after calling in for a status 2 days after I expected to get the car back. I had a loaner vehicle so was not much inconvenienced. Overall a very good experience.

The whole procedure is very smooth. They take 2days to repair my car which is quicker than I expect.Took a dirty car there and they turned it into a shining car .I was the problem as I forgot my garage key in the rental car. I called them and they are so friendly to help.Thx guys. Definitely recommend to others!

They were very helpful (and patient) in helping me navigate the MPI process. (I had many questions and concerns, because I hadn't had an accident for many years and wasn't familiar with the current procedure.) They provided professional and friendly service from start to finish, making an otherwise stressful experience very comfortable. Their onsite rental cars make it very easy to get substitute transportation. The icing on the cake was the fantastic detailing job they did (inside and out) on my now good-as-new vehicle.

They started out as fantastic. I brought my van in after a collision and they were on top of everything and contacted me.Since then, my back windshield wiper was impacted by the accident. They didn't check the motor, despite the fact it was part of the impact zone, and when I mentioned it to MPI, they were surprised it wasn't even looked at. I had to go out of my way to follow up with MPI, twice, because they didn't send in the necessary information. I've had to run after them, again and again, calling them to get updates, rather than them calling me to tell me, it's been approved, it hasn't been approved, we can fit you in this day to have your wiper fixed.I understand busy, but the customer shouldn't have to go out of their way to run after a business to find out if one part of their car, which should have been dealt with initially, is going to be fixed or not.

These guys are great for autobody work, but useless for other problems. Went to them after a car accident because they are listed as an MPI accredited repair shop. They took care of the damage to the bumper, but missed other issues internally. My regular mechanic found issues which could only have resulted from a significant impact. The only significant impact to my car was the accident. Since Southside didn't find these issues, MPI is refusing to cover the damages claiming they're not due to the accident. Don't go to them for insurance related issues. They only deal with autobody issues. You will be on your own for other mechanical problems.

Absolutely fantastic! Went to Southside for a cosmetic repair on my 2014 Kia Forte and payed out of pocket, not through MPI. This was my second time at this shop, and the service was just as good as the first time! The quality of work is exceptional, and the staff are as friendly as can be. I was offered a courtesy car free of charge which was a wonderful addition. They even popped my bumper back into place out of good faith, at no charge! Car was also detailed inside and out, very well done.I will definitely be back for all bodywork needs, and will be recommending South Side to everyone I know! This has been the best experience with an auto body shop hands down. A big thank you to all the staff at Southside, you folks are amazing!

I was in a panic last week when my dog had to go for knee surgery and our planned vehicle for pickup was having engine problems. I called around everywhere to see if someone could take the seats out of our vehicle within the hour to make it work instead, when so many others said no they somehow snuck us in. They were so kind about it, completed it within minutes, did it for free and even stored the seats for us. Will be back when we’re in need of work!

Seriously scrapped up the passenger side of my car on a concrete pillar ($6500 damage). South Side did the work of replacing parts, painting parts, replacing my scrapped up rim, performed a realignment and gave me back my car fully detailed. They were super courteous, friendly and helpful. They did the job quicker then expected. At no time was Covid used as an excuse for anything. They did exactly what they said they were going to do, and did it well. Impressive in today's world I must say. I will recommend them wholeheartedly.
