Michael and crew replaced my furnace. They were very efficient, were mindful of the workspace and left the workspace very clean.Michael also went over the operation of the furnace, filter and thermostat, in detail. All instructions were very clear!I highly recommend Service First Tradeworks!

Mike sent a message he was on his way, then when complete. Mike & Gary installed our new furnace, did awesome job, so professional, super clean, completely prepared. Same today when he had to do a modification due to an inspector reading a code differently than in the past. Mike did a beautiful job. Worked thru his coffee break….so hope he got his next service call, installing a dishwasher done with no issues & gets off early!

This company came to service my furnace and remove an old dishwasher. The fellow who came (Mike) was just great, pleasant, arrived on time and did the job in an exemplary manner. I would highly recommend them and was pleasantly surprised as have just moved to the area from the lower mainland and didn't expect to find such a great company on my first phone call. I am so impressed with their service. They have now installed my new dishwasher, sink and faucet and drain and it was done quickly and well, they arrived on time and were very professional. All of the people I have dealt with at Service First are great and their prices are fair. I was really impressed with them and will continue to use their service. This company has wonderful staff who are considerate and place coverings on the floor area to keep the space clean, they are so friendly and professional and their work is exemplary. They installed a new heating system and removed an old wood stove today and did it quickly without leaving one spec of dirt behind. They explained everything thoroughly and I am so happy with their work. I will use their service again and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for honest, friendly tradespeople who are prompt, professional and provide quality work for a fair price.

We had been having problems with backups in our basement floor drain and had our septic tank pumped but still had a service scheduled with Service First because we still had an issue and didn’t know what the problem was. The scheduled time was for Monday morning between 8and 10 but we woke up Monday morning to a basement full of water so we called before opening and left a message explaining what was going on and was hoping that our service guy would be able to come earlier than later. Shortly after 8 Gary showed up and within half an hour had our basement draining and the he continued to check other areas including outside. He was very friendly and informative. Explained everything he did and what he was not able to do. We will definitely be using their services in the future.
