I’m gf vegan and LOVED it! Ordered the falafel sandwich, with wedges on the side. Friend ordered sprouted lentil burger. Sandwiches were hefty, the gluten-free bun is probably best I’ve found yet! They air fry, which I appreciated. Chipotle sauce, spicy surprising, we both thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Took a pumpkin muffin and Bliss bite to go, also tasty. Will be back to try more menu items. Decor is clean and fresh, perfect for a date or a vibe. My new favorite spot in Stratford!

Ok my new favourite lunch spot. The decor atmosphere and food are absolutely amazing. The staff are so friendly and helpful, all of the pre made bowl options are incredible. It has GF vegan options. This is the three sisters bowl with chicken and the base was the quinoa rice mix, this it the spot on a cold rainy day. I cannot wait to try allOf the options, I will definitely be back and worth the drive for me!

Amazing food, very very quick service and the workers were kind and smiling. They provide a service that felt akin to a sit down restaurant and the atmosphere was amazing, not too loud music, beautiful plants and a nice outdoor sitting options

If you are looking for a healthy plant based meal, this is the place. The portion was generous and was also pleasing to the eye. Highly recommended! Service was fast and friendly too.

I have ate at many Bowl joints around the globe, this was by far one of the best! The melody of flavours was perfection. The freshness was superb and I HIGHLY recommend. Stratford need a place like this. Excellent plant base options as well

If you're looking for a restaurant that has healthy alternatives, this is the spot. Came here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised with the meal. Super healthy and nutrient focused! The only thing I wish they had was a nutrition list of what goes into each bowl. The food was delicious and fresh. Will definitely be coming back in the future. The prices of each bowl are a bit on the higher side if you plan to add in a protein. Overall a solid 9/10

The food is tasty, however the portions are very small. I am celiac and travel a lot, so have been to many similar restaurants. Their flavours are good however their bowIs, even with added protein, are not a full meal and they are quite expensive. I bought two bowls, each with additional protein, for lunches on the road and had to eat both in one sitting...that made it a $50 lunch.

I've been a couple of times with my friends and the staff are ALWAYS so lovely. The Buddha bowl with quinoa and Tofu are so good and so are the smoothies! Awesome addition to downtown Stratford!!

First time coming to Stratford and I had no idea how busy the restaurants can be without reservations. Luckily, the Bowl Bar is more of a grab&go place with seating so I was able to grab dinner here before a play during the Festival. I am very glad I got the chance to try this place because the food was amazing! Ordered the Hippy salad bowl and a Magic Monkey smoothie. The veggies were fresh and crisp. The tahini sauce was fantastic! The smoothie was delicious and had a lovely cocoa banana flavour. It came with a glass jar which is great for takeaway (yay to avoiding spillage and single-use plastics!). It's on the pricier side but the quality was superb. Would recommend and would definitely come again.
