Service NB

This is not my first choice of location. Charged me $20 to correct a problem they made on my license. Even they acknowledged that I'd done everything right but they wouldn't correct it without my paying more...

worst experience ever!i am just 16 years old trying to get a permit. me and my mom both tried to be nice to the staff but they we just plain rude! do not come here! save your time. go to florenceville.

long wait and a bit old but the staff are all great people

Very helpful & thorough service. Many different things here to learn how, what & when something has to be renewed here in N.B.

For some reason we always get a jerk as the front desk operator. Unnecessarily rude for small mistakes. I understand they don't make the requirements for documents you need but c'mon. At least have some empathy. Yes, it's on us for bringing the wrong thing, but that doesn't mean you should be so blatantly rude when a mistake is made. I watched the lady at the front desk yell at an old woman for not knowing where to go. I thought at first she was talking to a small child by the way she demeaned this lovely woman- who didn't do anything wrong and even apologized. This place must be in dire need of employees because these people should've been fired years ago. I can't believe people like this continue to work in customer service. Absolutely horrible behaviour and I sincerely hope they are let go from their positions. Either that or they significantly improve their behaviour- which I doubt happening as they clearly lack empathy.

I know it's a Covid world but as per the picture, no desks open with a full waiting room. I feel bad for the staff, I think they are overworked and understaffed making things kinda miserable and unhappy. I guess thats the NB govt for ya. Time to privatize like Alberta.

Rude staff.Not helpful in any way. I am new to the province and trying for weeks to get my driver's license and medical card.They should not be in customer service positions.Everyone in Woodstock and surrounding areas warned me not to waste my time at this location and to go to Florenceville instead... I wish I would have taken their advice

Super fast and friendly this last visit. Usually have a long wait but no wait this time. Let's hope this is a trend and not an anomalie

I went the to get my license so the lady was so nice Her name is Beth i guess she dealt with happy smile even if you’re are foreigner. Thanks to herShe is helping.
