Have been bring my Dachshund Gia to Pet Town for years. She's a nervous dog and she is always treated with kindness and care. I recommend them, Gia is beautifully groomed.

First time bringing my 1 1/2 year old Bernese mountain dog to pet town for a de-shedding treatment. My dog left looking amazing! We really appreciated pet towns attention to detail and advise on how to take care of his fur properly. They took the time to brush through his coat thoroughly and even had pictures to show us how much hair they were able to remove. Our dog has never left a groomer looking this good! Thank you so much to all the staff at pet town for your hard work and patience with our puppy!

If I could give a zero, I would. Just picked up our dog. Seven of her nails were split and bled (there was dried blood). This was just on her two front paws! Bruising on her belly that was not there before. We would have noticed as she loves belly rubs. Also, right next to one of the bruises she has a very visible nic. I stopped looking and just hugged her, poor thing. It is no surprise why she made a run for the door! Horrible! I would honestly say take your business anywhere else.

They take care of my small dog honey almost every month. I have tried many places in the past but Le Pet Town is the nicest and most reliable groomer in the West Island.

My dog looks great every time he come back from this place they are nice the dogs don’t spend time in a cage when waiting to be pick up that was key for me !!

I’ve been bringing my shitzu Zorro here for quite some time and I am extremely happy. We also have a Yorkie and we love how they groom them.Highly recommend

Terrible service. Lucio was always amazing but whoever responds to the messages is so rude. My last appointment I had to meet them in a parking lot which I agreed to. They were a no show and didn’t even apologize. Now they are saying they don’t do on island since they moved off island, but I know they service people on island. Aside from Lucio they need a lesson in customer service. I guess unless your a VIP client they don’t care

Please don’t bring your pet here. If you are leaving positive reviews it’s because you brought your pet to a horrible place before or because you have never been anywhere else. If people are writing comments like this I don’t understand how people can bring pets here. Nice staff so I apologize to leave a review like this truly but should not be running a grooming salon.
