I made a purchase online and selected the wrong delivery date, but the owner was able to correct it promptly on a Sunday evening, after hours. Such wonderful customer service and very courteous! I've been purchasing flowers in Summerland for almost a decade and this has been the best experience yet.

I live out of town and ordered flowers for a dear friends birthday. The customer service was ten starts! So kind and accommodating where she even took the time to send me pictures so I knew what I was getting!!! The arrangement turned out beautiful. I will definitely support this florist in Summerland BC

Stopped in quick to grab a bouquet for my beautiful wife, ended up staying for a good 15 minutes just checking out the shop and meeting the owner. Very nice selection and refreshing atmosphere, owner is a hoot!

The flowers are absolutely gorgeous and when I wrote to Bella Vita after i placed the order to adjust the delivery time they were prompt with their response and very accommodating. I would highly recommend this flower shop!

My sister & I ordered flowers online from Bella Vita to be delivered to our mom. Colleen was so prompt in creating the most gorgeous arrangement. We are both from out of town but our mom immediately sent us pictures and said she could not believe how beautiful, fresh and exotic the flowers were. The flowers exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Bella Vita Flowers and look forward to shopping there again.
