Nancy walked me through various difficulties with Pages, with me trying to design a simple Letter of Completion that I needed to make up. She patiently talked me through how to use Pages to make up simple flyers. She was patient and left me my dignity when I was feeling frustrated.She has taught me a couple of features on Zoom that I was not aware of also.

BCTeck4Seniors has helped me set up my new Fitbit . I am very impressed with Nancy and her patience in teaching me to use the Fitbit. I was very confused on all the different features of the Fitbit. I must say I was overwhelmed with it at first.However bctech4seniors put me at ease immediately by explaining over and over again until it became clear how to use it .Bctech4seniors provided excellent customer service, I highly recommend her service for any technology .So very helpful.Thank you bcTech4seniors for all your help.
