TERRIBLE customer service. If you want things picked up in a timely matter, don't go with Ace courier service. Used their online service yesterday am to schedule a pickup for the afternoon with a confirmation. Order was still not picked up at 10 am this morning, called in to ask where it was and the lady said it would be picked up at 1pm . Okay that's fine, 1:45pm the driver comes in and doesn't have his paperwork, we have to print him new waybills. Driver goes the wrong way into the yard, pulls out comes back into the office and throws the paperwork at me. Called to complain and I got passed through 3 people the last guy was trying to say he was waiting here forever and it's our problem.. so long story short Just save yourself the time and go with another company like Cheetah or Diamond.

I have been using their service for years with no issues whatsoever. Even if they overcharge me when I call them they always correct the invoice based on quote number. Nothing ever got damaged or lost.

This should be everyone's go to for reliable, efficient and fairly priced courier services. They have restored my faith in humanity, being the only courier that didn't give me a bunch of BS about covid. Instead they shipped over 200 lbs of tools from Prince George to Langley in less than 48 hours, for $150 and change. Thank you to Elgin and his staff !!

These guys offer great rates and are on time. I'd like to acknowledge one driver in particular, Raman. He's always super courteous, patient, and makes sure we have all the proper paperwork. You want a good shipping company, hire these guys.

Our company had a job nearby which involved shipping materials from the southern interior to Port Kells. Everything arrived on time and in good order. Parts had to be picked up three times during the day. The Ace Courier crew set me up in a bay and each time I came to pick up, they checked if I needed help with loading the heavy parts onto my truck. They were easy to work with, courteous, and accommodating. Thank you to Elgin and his crew for helping our job go smoothly.

Ace courier has been consistently giving good service and rates to our company for over 15 years . We have been dealing with Ray since the beginning when he was driving and the service has continued to be great with the current drivers.
