This was my first time as a patient here and it was a wonderful experience. The receptionist gave clear and concise instructions on how to get to the public parkade underground. The waiting area is very nice and comfortable. My hygienist was amazing! Erica is the best hygienist I've ever had. I will definitely be requesting her again. Dr. Highmoor is pleasant and efficient. They have an awesome team at Highmoor Dental. Highly recommend.

I've recently started going there and love the hole team! My dental hygienist is so nice and very meticulous with her work, I've had to have my scans transfered from another office and they reached out to find out what the plan was from the previous doctor. I couldn't be more pleased with my change in dental offices and the whole team is very attentive. Highly recommend them!

This place is ok if you want to get your teeth cleaned. But if you have real dental issues, avoid it! They mistakenly diagnosed my tooth infection as TMJ.

Incredibly helpful and kind front staff. They have really gone the distance to help me get the most out of my coverage and take care of my teeth. Hygienists are all very capable and also very kind, never insincere or patronizing even when i still suck at flossing. Highmoor gets top marks on staff even before meeting the dentist, who is smart, friendly, and honestly, frickin handsome. I recommend this place whenever I have friends looking for a dentist.

Very pleasant experience at Highmoor Dental. Everybody was so friendly and knowledgeable. It was a refreshing approach. It’s too bad I can only give them five stars. Highly recommend Justin and his team!

It feels weird to say but I had a great experience having a root canal. I had a bad experience years ago but this was quick and painless. Highly recommended. The only negative thing I would mention is that they supply parking in the area which I wasn't aware of until after I paid for parking. I now know for next time.

Having bounced around several dental practices in the Edmonton area, I am happy to have found Highmoor: courteous, professional staff who are clearly a step above the rest. Now if only other healthcare practices in Edmonton could live up to Highmoor's standards....

Always a pleasant and educational experience at this clinic. Despite my crazy sensitivities they always do interventions that make the experience more tolerable. Pleasant and warm staff from the from the front desk to the tecs to the dentist

Wonderful Experience. As much as I hate the dentist they make it a bit easier. I am terrified of having my teeth touched, but the Dental hygienist they currently have made me feel comfortable and offered a few solution to the discomfort I usually feel. Would absolutely recommend, even for those who don’t often visit the downtown area :)
