Dan helped with a raccoon removal at our property and it was nothing short of outstanding. The female had found a way into our attic and gave birth to a litter of 3. Dan came to our house as quick as possible, figured out a plan and removed the raccoon at the same time he prevented further entry from other raccoons by sealing off other entry points.If you are looking for great service, gaurenteed results and a good experience then call Dan. I would highly recommend Dan for his pest control expertise and excellent service. Two years ago, I had a roof rat in the attic which he trapped and removed in matter of days. Recently, I had the gable ends of my house replaced with Hardy shingles but 4 gaps in the corners were created and neglected. I called Dan once again not sure if he'd be able to fill the gaps. He really knows what he's doing and he cares.

When we heard footsteps coming from our attic and the sound of fur brushing up against the walls in the middle of the night, we knew a furry creature had paid us a visit! We called Dan and he was able to arrive in a timely manner. He took the time to assess the situation and determine where the racoon would be. He gave us a free estimate with required services and additional services which were recommended to prevent future visits from racoons, squirrels, etc. He was able to get the job done.
