Got my cowboy boots resoled and they look good as new! Also got the heels of my birkenstocks replaced. I'll definitely be back again with more boots and shoes in need of repair. They did a great job!

The worst service in my life! They ruined my branded bag and didn't even apologize! Guy on reception just said to me that it’s Canada. Never give them your stuff!

Quality of service has gone down considerably, and the cost of repair has gone up. Always happy to pay a premium for quality work but unfortunately Novelty Shoe is no longer quality - so I'll have to find a new shoe repair guy. Too bad.
